Zero Knowledge Proofs: A Technical Deep Dive

Ғылым және технология

In this webinar we'll explore the fascinating world of zero knowledge proofs, a cutting-edge area of cryptography that allows one party to demonstrate to another party that they possess certain information or knowledge, without actually revealing the information itself.
Jim Zhang, Kaleido Co-Founder and Head of Protocol, will take you through the technical aspects of how zero knowledge proofs work.
Here's whats covered:
- An introduction to the concept of zero knowledge proofs
- The steps involved in constructing SNARK, the most widely used ZKP system
- A live demo of a simple circuit to show the algorithm in action
No matter your skill level, there's something in this webinar for everyone.

Is there a way to get the deck that was used during the presentation? Also, a part2 of this talk would be great. This was really helpful. Thank you

This isn't clear at all. Your R1CS representation seems to only capture "which inputs contribute to which outputs" - it doesn't seem to tell you whether to add or multiply, etc. So I don't really see what you DO with it. It's not clear what the * operation is doing at 26:09, either. Very muddy.

Ouch, that back and forth is completely unnecessary.
