In the zero exponent, what if the equation given was - (17) to the power of 0. Is the answer still 1 or does it become - 1, since the equation is - (b) to the power of 0 and (b) to the power of 0 is equal to 1. Edit: I shall await thy answer

if it has no parentheses around the exponent 0 it then it equals -1 but if there are parentheses around 0 then it’s just 1. periodt
