That’s my way of having some variety in #strength #training 👌 This mix of #deadlift and #squat is my favorite, I #enjoy it and it has great carryover to #powerlifts 💪

    i love zerchers more then front squats. but why put down front squats like that tho😢 there great too. I mean cross fit front squats are 😳💩. The Olympic weightlifting front squats are kinda beast too.

    @@vengeancecreed217 that’s kind of a preference thing? I’ve seen people do it with 2 fingers, full grip, and arms crossed. I don’t currently have the shoulder mobility for full grip

    Been doing this complex for reps of 1-5 in the garage gym and honestly its incredible. Hypertrophy, functionality, cardiovascular and mobility all in one and once gyms are open it's awesome to know I could get an amazing workout without a squat rack.

    Ogólnie bardzo fajna technika zarówno zakładania ciężaru na przedramiona jak i podnoszenia. Przy wyższych ciężarach minimalnie widać, że najpierw idą biodra i plecy trochę puszczają, ale może to kąt kręcenia i nie widzę wszystkiego dobrze. Zawsze jest przyjemnie zobaczyć jak ludzie pilnują techniki 👍🏻

    Oglądam i oglądam, potem znowu oglądam...Czy nie odczuwasz żadnych problemów z łokciami na przestrzeni czasu? Wygląda to imponująco i przerażająco zarazem. Z racji kontuzji kręgosłupa zamierzam robić to właśnie ćwiczenie - zauważyłem że odciąża te miejsca które mam naruszone. A i wzmocnienie przepony nie do pogardzenia.

    Radar Ian czołem! Nie, odpukać, żadnych problemów z łokciami. Niewątpliwie jednak pomagają niuanse w podebranie sztangi, co pozwala na mniejsze ich obciążanie. No i czas... potrzeba go sporo, by przyzwyczaić się do danych obciążeń :)

    @ cause some dont use the leggs for then put the arms under it. they start with arms under the bar from the floor. but anyway it is very hard exercise what ever ;)

    SOLARION I believe that you refer to different technique that is usually called “zercher deadlift” which is indeed harder since it requires great control of both lumbar and thoracic spine in very low (flexed) position :)
