Are the shelves adjustable in case I need more can storage and less bottle storage?

My fiancee and I just bought the Presrv a few days ago! We loaded the fridge with beverages today. It looks gorgeous in our home. My question is: is it okay to leave the interior light on continuously? Or should it be only left on for a few hours per day max? I am confused by the manual saying it is a "user-defined feature and not a day-to-day" feature.

We would advise that leaving the lights on continuously would not pose a functional issue with your Zephyr Presrv® Full Size Beverage Cooler, but the only side effect may be increased power consumption and LED usage. I’m assuming front is Stainless Steel, but sides are black. Is that correct?

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. The door and handle are 304-grade stainless steel, and the sides and interior are black. All of our outdoor Presrv™ wine & beverage coolers and kegerators are solid 304-grade stainless steel all around ---- on their doors and their sides.
