Love the hair! It is very flattering. I'm totally gonna look into that bike. The fact that it folds a little is huge. I started doing rebounding. I had never heard of it, but it is using a trampoline. There are different beginner levels where anyone can do it with low impact. Love the youtube channel, Earth & Owl.

Your hair looks great! I start 5mg on Saturday, was on 2.5 for 8 weeks and found that at about week 7 it just wasn’t doing as well for me as it did in the beginning. Looking forward to moving up. Have a great weekend and Memorial Day.

Caremark closed my request because the Dr wasn’t getting back to them. I called and still nothing So cvs closed it and I gave up. I have heard that they won’t be filling them anymore so I’m ok with. Walmart has been good to me so I’ll stick with them. Thank you so much

Congratulation on your weight loss! Can you please tell me what your starting weight was and how tall are you? I started Trizepatide 2 1/2 months ago. My starting weight was 203 and now 178. I’m 5’6. And my bloodwork keeps getting better every month. My sugar is 20 points lower, my A1c was 6.0 now 5.7, and my thyroid number are so much better thus far. This medication is working out great for me, I’m thrilled…✌💙

I am 5ft and was 219. Currently 194. Three months down for me

I started using FlavCity Protein/Smoothie powder and it consist of 10g collagen and 25g protein… I’ve been loosing my hair due too other medications and I’ve stressing about loosing more due to taking Zepbound.. I’m on week 3. Btw your looks great.

@@valeriemartini6315 very good chance it was what you are. The meds don’t really cause the side effects it’s us and what we do and eat. Log your food so you can see what made you have reflux. Also be sure to stay upright after eating for at least two hours so as not to get reflux/heartburn etc

Do you come right home and go to bed? Or are you up for a bit? Maybe try to make sure you’re not eating for at least two hours before going to bed. Also remember that good stays in stomach longer so if we lay down immediately after eating it can cause heart burn etc
