* Camp has had a huge impact on coaches and athletes
* Watching the journey from 6th grade to graduation and seeing the spiritual growth is incredibly rewarding. It's amazing how God transforms lives over the journey.
* FCA is helping coaches and athletes by putting sports in perspective
Core Beliefs:
* "I need you. You need me. We are better together." (Body of Christ)
* Coaching: If you got into the profession to make winning the ultimate goal, you are in the wrong profession.
* Coaching is all about relationships
Advice to Parents:
* Don’t take it too seriously. Take away the pressure and make it fun.
* It is not about your kid being the next prodigy. Let your kid be a kid.
