I am looking to create an LLC so I can sell things on Amazon with an official business. I am going to partner with my brother as well. Would you recommend any of the extras you mentioned, like the agent or an operating agreement?

If you don't want to be the registered agent yourself (you address would be public), then you'd need to hire one. I recommend having an operating agreement where you state the agreement between you and your brother about how you will handle stuff in the business
What is the best and fastest way to get the EIN (or TIN) without ssn and as a non-us citizen that's looking to open an llc in Alaska. Inkfile is taking 3-4months, but by faxing you can get it in 4 days? what would be the easiest and fastest solution for this?

Please help, if there is a deductible for professional services such as a CPA to file my LLC. Would I save more money allowing them to file it and be my registered agent or am I looking at this wrong?

Ah yes CPA services should be a tax deduction for your biz - I don’t know if it saves money exactly because an RA would also be a deduction

Typically you put the business info except for your contact info
I stay in Cali, can I register my LLC in another state? I've been informed that California has hefty taxes and requires a $800 annual charge. Secondly, Can I close my LLC at any time?

Well you can form the LLC in another state, but it might be a waste of time if your business has physical contacts in CA so it would need to register here anyway (contacts are in-person things like employees, office, warehouse, inventory, in-person sales). Yes you can close the LLC at any time, but sometimes you owe money on the same-year taxes unless you apply to have it waived

My top recommendations are Northwest and Doola
Just registered. Fully agree with the conclusion. Had a great experience with Northwest. Though it cost me $300.

hi ! i was wondering whether they offer to make bank accounts for Non US citizens, and if they offer accounting services too? ( for taxes and all )
This great information, however, I find interesting that you dont mention most of what you get can be obtained free of charge yourself.

I’ve done many videos on filing your own documents.
I would never recommend anyone use stripe for their business stripe banned my account permanently and refunded any funds pending transfer to the customer even though they already got the product I then signed up for atlas and paid $500 and was banned again didn't even have it 2 full months and any funds that were not cleared were again refunded to the customer, awful experience would never recommend.
