The fact that there was a build of the day, house of the day, and war crime of the day in one episode made this really good.

@@JC-kg6sf more than likely not lol that seems very PC only. Unless you are modding your switch with physical hardware and/or software, that's a hard NO. This applies to all handheld available games. You cannot mod them unless the console is modded generally speaking.

That last clip was GLORIOUS!

With beating Lost Woods fog, if you use something like a Paracopter to get extreme instant height, you can pass right through the whole of it before it ‘consumes’ you.

I was able to do it with a balloon basket with two rockets attached to it. I only went straight up, so I don’t know how moving laterally would work.

Rivals of Aether is one of my favorite games of all time and I’m glad to see other people enjoying it as it’s community is very small.

8:02 Can we all agree that TotK is the ultimate Link version. After so many games where link went on an adventure, fought with sword, bow, and all kind of weapons and gadgets, it feels like in TotK he unleashed his full potential. ( Link combat skills, endless arsenal of weapons/devices, and endless creativity ).

He's the only Link who constantly breaks the Master Sword. If anything this is the weakest Link.

@@thenonexistinghero It is not Link's fault that Master Sword breaks so easily nowdays. Besides, since he doesn't overrelly on Master sword, it allows him to improve in so many other areas, which is strength in itself. He now can create and use arsenal that puts Master Sword to shame. ( have you seen the combos he can pull? They are insane ).

The Master Sword breaking isn't a matter of it being so worn... in fact, it should have been more powerful than ever after regaining it in this game. So it is a matter of skill... and this iteration of Link simply does not have the skill to wield the Master Sword to the most of its ability. It's not the Master Sword's fault that it does a pitiful amount of damage, that's Link's lack of skill.

If it were really necessary, Link could tank 151 847 hits before dying, with all those fairies. This is all without healing. The other Links would not stand a chance in this Hyrule with their meager defense stats and small maximum hearts. *The Master Sword breaking isn't a matter of it being so worn...* Yes, it is. It literally is a durability stat. *...in fact, it should have been more powerful than ever after regaining it in the game.* And it is. It is far more powerful than any previous iteration of it. The previous iterations would all shatter in one hit. *So it is a matter of skill...* No, it is not. Weapon durability has nothing to do with skill. This is neither true in the game, nor is it true in the real world.

Oh look theres the Rivals of Aether mod I made. Had a lot of fun spriting and designing the moveset. I'm glad people are enjoying it, the full trailer and link to the character mod can be found on my channel.

The mod of Rival Aether is more like "What if Lore accurate TotK Links join another license and fight?"

That Totk mod for Rivals of Aether seriously makes me want that Link in Smash

I actually stumbled upon the rivals of Aither video the other day. It still blows me away.

For just a few frames of 8:22 you can see the homing cart mid-despawn flying away That Rivals character looked insane, the community makes craaaazy custom characters in that game

1:00 my plan was dive directly onto the shrine from a sky island, after paragliding not saving me I went with the fairy route instead of saving myself with the paraglider, and I’m pretty sure that the fog will teleport you no matter what, it’s like it gives you a status effect that after a few seconds teleports you to your last position on ground outside of the forest, since I always ended up back on the sky island after being sent back

Fun fact i learned the wearing champions leather the master sword will always Shoot its beam. I learned it by playing the game.

When fighting the Wind Temple boss, make like Engineer and use more -gun- bow. Also, attack the underside, 'cause it never has spikes. These are my unasked-for tips very few people will ever need.

I never thought of divebombing through it. Years of contact damage conditioning. It's also the single Champion boss fight where the actual Champion's ability is nigh worthless. Even though it's a major boon during travel. My two most used Champions are Tulin and Yunobo for demolition in caves.

In Rivals of Aether, why does using Ultrahand make the sound effect of turning off Fuse, and why does Recall make the Stasis sound effect?

I'm not often impressed, but that pixel fighting game looks sick. Not so much the game itself, but the modding aspect.

And then Young Link can represent how Link played in OG Smash - Smash 4, and Toon Link can incorporate items from Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks! And Minish Cap I suppose, But Minish Cap Link isn't the same Link as WW Link, but then again neither is ST Link.
