Absolutely in love with the Opera-like vibrato and projection of his voice! This is exactly the kind of voice I imagined while playing and I'm so glad this project gave us such an amazing rendition of Kass' music.

I just finished most of the dlc and I definitely pictured his voice as Kass lol

The last thing he did at the end of the video… “The hero, the princess, hand in hand-“ he did the Song of Storms tune

This makes Kass even cooler than he already was. Way for CrossPad to bring him to life in a strong performance. And those vocals! Powerful as heck!

My only qualm about Kass's voice work? We didn't get to see him interact with his five daughters in Rito Village. This was a wonderful compilation of SirCrossPad's singing work, with good editing for the Divine Beasts and the major events in Champion's Ballad DLC/Link's own story during Breath of the Wild.

He does. If you return to Rito after doing all his shrine quests and the hidden Rito shrine quests. Including his daughters quest. He’ll show up at Rito village teaching them. And plays one last song for you after 9pm

@@Nano18710 well yes but somewhat yes. It was canon in Skyward Sword, the Adult Link Timeline, and in this era/universe. (Or whatever BOTW's place in the Zelda canon.)

There always a chance for it sometimes they are, sometimes they arent it's different people who've led different lives before meeting each time (obvious direct sequels aside) This is definitely the most romantically advanced pair of them though

Zelink is only canon in Skyward Sword and BoTW. It's implied in some other games (esp. Spirit Tracks) but the relationship varies. In Twilight Princess they barely interacted.

I noticed the song of storms near the end of the seacret song.

Loved that little notch to the song of storms at the end, and the whole thing was just beautiful, I didn't realized how much Kass needed a voice until now

My favorite part of "recall Naboris's champion of sand, before she was lost to the land." honestly my favorite part was the gerudo champions part

An absolute chad of a bard’s voice. If there’s a BOTW2 and Kass is in it, they need to cast this guy to VA him. The singing adds a whole extra level of depth to what is already a masterpiece of a game!

I just love the secret song so much… it felt like the ultimate reward for the everything I’d done in the game from little things like helping out his kids to completing every shrine and ending the calamity.

This is actually how I imagined what Kass would sound like, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much 😊

How did I only just now find this?? I'm actually in tears, this is everything, it's exactly how I pictured Kass's voice to be, this is phenomenal!

I just posted my own covers of the Champions' Ballad! I felt discouraged when you beat me to the upload, but mine are folk instead musical theatre, which thankfully means I don't have to compete with SirCrossPad's incredible voice! Your control is unbelievable, especially with the flourish at the end of Urbosa's song! I didn't even know about Kass's secret song at the end. Coincidentally I also did a sixth song, writing lyrics for the actual Champions' Ballad. As for piecing together his shrine songs or the tapestry... man, I don't think even you could do it. Those are just totally senseless. Anyway, I look forward to covering any future songs in the sequel--and getting to hear you tackle them with impossible grace!

This is how it always plays out in my mind lol. I read as I sing the lyrics. Kass is the best npc, I just wished after finding hin throughout the map he doesn't stay in rito village and continue to play in random places with treasure

Extremely well done with this, and I must say, Sir CrossPad really outdone himself with his voice, even his singing voice is greatly well spot on, I hope you all continue doing a wonderful job, though I wonder if Bloopers will come out before long.

Amazing singer!

My Daughter got botw for Christmas. She loved it so much, that she got the DLC pack for Easter. When doing the shrine trials for the powerful weapon... the one-hit obliterater? I heard Kass singing. She was singing the song along with Kass. She said, just breathe in the breath of the wild. She looked at me and said, THEY SAID IT! KASS SAID BREATH OF THE WILD!

Sir CrossPad did such an amazing job as Kass it truly brought the song to life
