Best rupee method: basic insect or lizard + 4 lizfalos fangs. Fangs always make for more pricey elixirs so don't bother mixing and matching with horns. This basic recipe is 180 rupees and can be quickly duplicated once your stock is high. 140 for +4 moblin fangs and I think 100 for bokoblins. Sunset fireflies and warm darners are the most common insects so use those!

There is an much easier Method.Go to the riola spring,put on your zora gear and swim down the waterfall.place you at the Opposite Site of the waterfall.(pharon).Make a Fire sleep till morning.Every time u wake up the electric dragon (forget his name ._.)will spawn.when he spawns shot his Horn.after a while collect the Horns(350 each).With this Method i Made 15k rupees in like 20 minutes.IMPORTANT:dont collect the Horns instantly.Shot his horn a few Times before you go collect.Because this is much more efficient.(sry for my Bad english,Its Not my Main language xd)Hope it is understandable xD

It groups items by category, so all fruits, mushrooms, meats fish, whatever show up right next to each other in the inventory list. It's not strictly necessary, but it makes the list a lot easier on the brain.

You gotta get some accuracy and hit the horn. Only the horn on his head.

Two suggestions. First, start at the stable instead and grab a horse. Then just dash towards the animals and jump off the horse when you get close. Easy slow motion head shots, so you can save arrows and use weaker bows. Also, keep a fire weapon equipped and kill all the ice Lizalfos you see. You can use four tails and any critter to make expensive potions.

if you go north of death mountain, you can find this goron that let's you take the gut check challenge and collect rupees while climbing. With the right armor and enough stamina you can easily get over 700 rupees in two minutes, and you can do as many times as you want.

Probably worth mentioning here that the village you're buying arrows from is Hateno Village. You can get right outside the general store by traveling to Myahm Agana Shrine.

Well you need to get to a certain part of the map to do the bowling thing and it may take time to get there. There isn't a single method one should use really. Kill the small monsters, gather their parts, get meat and make skewers as well, sell whatever you don't need. The snowbowling is fast, but it does get boring.

I just farm white Bokoblin and stone Talus. Keep the gems and wait till you have 10 or more. I found a Gerudo woman at Death Mountain who will give you more rupees than the clerks at the stores. For example, she will give you 2,000 rupees for 10 Tupaz despite the price for 10 would be 1,800. Snow bowling Is the best way to make rupees if you have patience and time but I prefer to farm white Bokoblin and stone Talus.

There's a guy in Zora's domain who will give you diamonds for luminous stones for your perma weapons from the four tribes. There is also a guy in Rito who want 50 flint and pays quite well.

Well, there's one issue I have with trading Luminous Stones for Diamonds. Only do that if you need the Diamonds for something, otherwise, just sell the Luminous Stones as 10 of them will come out to 700 vs the 500 for the Diamond.

I can see how this would be helpful, though its a bit more work then a few other methods, such as the snow Bowling, and theres an area where you can farm Farosh's horn, which sell for 300 a piece, and you can get about 30 horn shards in 10 minutes (if you do it right of course)

It's not a bad way to farm, but dragon horn hunting near the lakeside stable is faster. A bit harder, but you don't have to worry about enemies. Plus, each horn fragment is more than ultra prime meat skewers put together.

Each horn is 300, is very good, assuming you never hit other thing that the horn. The meat farm is extremely effective almost equal to horn in time per money made, I've done both.

First, Kakariko village has a shop near a pan. Second, cook 2 pieces, 60 ruppes each piece, more worth than 5 pieces for 120.

Sang Drako if you cook a meal with 5 ingredients, you will get 2.8x more rupees than you'd get from selling the raw ingredients. This is consistent with all ingredients, as long as you use 5 in a meal. The ratio goes down if you use fewer ingredients, but idk by how much

Tips: Wear Majora's Mask if you have it, to negate most of the annoyances and speed up the process. Can also substitute the chest armor for the Warm Doublet, but will still need the Snowquill Boots. Get as many arrows as you possibly can, and as many trash bows as you can. Ride your horse to really maximize farming time. Just gallop right up to the target, press the jump button to leap off the horse, then immediately aim your bow to freeze time and get an easy headshot. Cancel the animation right away after the shot, so you have enough stamina to sprint to the meat before it freezes. Also, Tarrey Town is the best spot to cook/sell/get arrows. Everything is within ten feet and it's just a quick glide into the town from the shrine on the nearby cliff (the one by the fairy fountain).

1 - Get the damn snow boots. 2 - While farming meat, kill the ice lizalfos so you can make pots from it's tail for 490 rupees each. 3 - Just goto Kakariko Village, cooking pot is way closer to a shop than in Hateno.

There are several cooking pots in the world that are positioned much closer to a merchant, such as stables, or kakariko village, so you dont have to run the distance

You can actually give the raw gourmet meat to some guy at a stable near hyrule field for 100 rupees a pop.

Red X Yep, Outskirt Stable. Look on the map just North of the Shrine of Resurrection. You'll see a circle, and the stable is West of that circle across the road. The problem is the guy will only buy three pieces of gourmet meat per day, then you have to sit by the fire till the next day. You get 10 rupees less to cook five pieces and sell the skewer. The cooking might be a little less tedious with a minor loss, as long as you have open meal spaces.

Personaly, I had just gone around hunting Stone Talus's for the gems

What I do is I go around the mine in goron city (after the igneo talus in the path) and there is a lot of ore deposits there, even some rare, I once got 3 diamonds from a 7 minute session and I got 1,255 rupees selling the other gems, also there is some luminous stone deposits to the left of the mine if you go forward a bit from the starting point. (Past a lake of lava) and you can either sell them for 80 rupees a piece or give 10 to the zora guy that is repairing pillars in Zora's domain to get another diamond, the only problem is that you have to wait for a blood moon each time.

I think the fastest method is to go where the thunder dragon spawns, wait til noon, shoot an arrow to his horn, wait again (on a campfire obviously) and repeat it over and over, then collect all the horn fragments, which are 300 each and everyone takes only a few seconds.

I've used this method before and managed to get a food amount of rupees. Another way (although harder) is if you hit one of those glowing rabbit things. One is near Kakariko (?) village just past the shrine on the hill. I've encountered it there by sheer luck a few times on my first play of BOTW. I managed to hit it when I charged up the spear weapon and hit it mostly and get a few good smacks off it before it got away. Another would be Satori Mountain. Just gotta wait like 4 (?) in-game days

Dragon farming is the best way! 3 horns a minute, 45k-50k in an hour!

When I was watching I was like, isn’t there 2 cooking spots sitting a couple paces past the shop and I think it’s sitting in front of a shop as well. I just started playing it since I got the switch and game.

Nice video, I find it far quicker and easier riding a horse and hunting with Wolf Link, you can easily keep up with animals in the snow and he kills for you so you don't waste arrows. Just somersault off the horse and collect the meat before it turns to ice. 😎👍🏻

I think the method is good. Everyone keeps saying better methods but farming meat anywhere doesn’t require great equipment so you can get rupees early on and anytime you don’t want to waste your good equipment. I keep seeing the snow bowling and dragons horn but I’m still early in the game. I’m taking my time and this will help me. Thank you.

I do this! Only I have the giant horse, and I ram into the animals (apart from the foxes, I like foxes) with him, he usually kills the animal in one go (or 2/3 if it’s the rhino thing). That way I don’t use any arrows and I don’t lose any weapon durability, and running in the snow is kind of slow and annoying. Then sell all the gourmet meat to the guy at Outskirt Stable

If you go in a cave, over the place where you fight the rock monster guy there will be a lot of loot and sometimes even diamonds( the ore respawns everyday)

Forosh's Horn farming nets you up to 900 rupees per minute... and it's pretty easy if you follow this video :) kzread.info/dash/bejne/n42nsLixo7rMdqw.html Definitely the fastest way I've found to make money so far.

the easiest way to make rupees is by getting one royal guard weapon (doesnt matter which one), overloading your inventory (using the multishot bow and electric arrow method) and then going to the riverside stable then talk to the girl that will give you ore for your weapons then just spam A and you’ll get free ore then you can sell it for tons of rupees. im pretty sure that there’s more than one video explaining how to do this glitch online.

This would be much easier if you obtained the snow boots from the guy running near Gerudo Village. Wear the gerudo set and talk to him. Then he gives you the snow boots and a quest. You can keep the snow boots, but will have to substitute for the snowquill boots, and if you are still too cold, get cold res, or a flameblade, since I have never actually done this myself.

If you're doing this, why not go to the farm in hateo village and talk to the farmer. He has a mini deer hunting game that costs you 20 rupees to play but you can get a lot of prime meat to cook and get about 240 rupees every 2 deer you kill. Just make sure to pick up the meat. (It helps if you have the shika armor set to be silent and a bow with the sniper function)

Preferably use a flame based weapon and the snow boots go way faster and still stay just as warm

Snow bowling is good, but this method is doable while exploring the land. You can't basically do anything while snow bowling. So it's definitely good to know.

Just going to point out you could keep yourself slightly warm with a fire type weapon and speed up the travel with snow boots

Icy lizalfos tails in that field if you can find them, kill them for icy lizalfos tails. Then go to a pot and make elixers with the icy lizalfos tails. (Pretty sure it was Austin Long Plays who uploaded this method along with others. If I am wrong, please correct me.)

I suggest a combo of selling meat skewers, setting your sheika sensor to locate rare ore, snowball bowling game, gut check climbing challenge, destroying talus's to get the gems and killing silver bokoblins and silver moblins. Takes longer but you wont have to mindlessly run around a feild killing animals for chump change. The gems are where the big money is at. You can collect a ton of gems fairly quickly with my method and sell them for much more. Try 2,000 rupees or more for maybe 30 minutes worth of rare ore searching and silver enemy killing.

This is decent, don't get me wrong, but the snow bowling thing = way less effort + work... you can get around 15K rupees in less than an hour snow bowling... how long does it take to farm meat and sell it to make that much? Probably around 2 to 2.5 hours right? Mmmm yeah, snow bowling = infinite rupees pretty much.

Thanks for this video, i was really tired of snow balling.

I have hunted BotW for 1,200+ hours making skewers. The deer give you prime meats, the foxes are the just meat critters. Frogs are fun to chase, too.

Here's an easier method but first get a house then there is going to be a sledgehammer next to your door if you furnish your house the fight talus by the time you finish the fight the sledgehammer regenerates and fight more talus collect there stones and other stuff sell it in hate no village go get the sledgehammer and repeat (in the process you'll probably get a blood moon which is even better)

For those who have not reached the area you can also take 5 apples and cook them for 20r each

Hey buddy, I know a method where u build a fire next to a dragon near the stable that has the koror seed on the stable where u gotta burn the leaves off the chin of stable horse. But build a fire next to the dragon and have a bunch of arrows and bows and a fire weapon to start ur camp fire each time. Shoot the dragon in horn then sleep till morning and he will spawn then shoot him again and again after each time you shoot him go sleep till morning where u can only shoot him once a day or something like that and u can leave the horns on the ground until ur ready to pick them up so they will stay on ground even if u sleep and each horn is 300 and I got 100 horns within 30 minutes. Hopes this helps some of you all also.

This worked even better for me when I brought my horse which I could use to ram into most animals and one tap them. Plus u had the slowmo to make sure u hit headshots so save bow durability.

Even though the dragon farm exists, this is more mechanically fun for me. The other one is droning

.... Better way: Go farm Stone Talus or these Stone Drop things (sry xD) by the vulcano. What i do is: Farming: Talus, Lynel, Rare stone drop things, White Mobs, Guardians, etc These things will drop a lot of loot. A Lynel can drop: Stones, Diamonds, Star Fragments. And his Monster loot also. Guardians drops can give you a LOT OF MONEY. But DONT sell the rarest (only the one) thing. Sry for bad english ;) I made in 7 days 240'000 Rupies!!!

Make a fire where a dragon spawns and just quickly shoot its horn, make it morning just slash with a fire weapon and you get like 300 rupees every 20 seconds. But you have to collect and sell the parts afterwards

What I’ve been doing as I’m still pretty early in the game (only defeated vah ruta) I play the deer hunting game near hateno village as it’s an easy way to get prime meat and you get payed for hunting them as well.

im farming rupees this way too but i use my bomb modul most of the time 1 bomb for wolves and moose and 2 for the fat thing, thats why i shot it or hit it u should surf on your shield more often so u re a bit faster

or just set up a fire near were forshorn the dragon spawns with a fire blade, light fire, shoot horn as he spawns, wait for horn to fall to the ground. Rinse and repeat. You can get 3 a minute, at 300r a fragment, that 900 a minute, and hour of that and you got yourself almost 55,000 rupees....

Decidueye you have to aim above Farosh's head so the arrow hits the horn. Having a bow with a long shot helps.

The way I did it: play through the game saving everything.. get bored playing after Ganon. Sell everything.

If I want some rupees I go into the mountains, smash some rocks, and sell the gems I get from them. Preferably in Gordon town to the gerudo, she gives you more if you have 10 of a kind of gem than usually in stores.

You can also trade 10 luminous stone for a diamond in Zora's Domain if you finished the "Luminous Stone Gathering" Quest. First time, he (Leo the Zora) gives you 2 diamonds. 1 diamond=500 rupees.

Chaotic Kid 10 luminous stones sell for 700 rather than the 500 for one diamond. I just collect the diamonds for the great eagle bow and such.

This how I made most of my money, I thought snowling was too boring. I did use a horse when I was hunting though, you have to jump off fast and get the meat before it freezes though.

Another way to boost the gain with this method is if you have a lot of amiibo. I get 30-40 raw meat daily. Adding that to this method isn't a bad idea.

Collect those glowing stones go to zoras domain at the entrance of where you came (the first time) theres a guy whos smashing with a hammer i think a glowing thing Then talk to him and if you have ten of these glowing stones you get a diamond keep searching for those stones over and over again and then you get diamonds oh and sell them thats what you need to do duuuh... or fight stonetalus theyre giving sometimes diamonds

why not cook and sell at a stable? its litterally like 10 steps apart for cooking and selling

Plus going around the map is more fun instead of going to the same place over and over

A better way to get lots of rupees is get raw gourmet meat and sell it to the dude in outskirt stable and make sure it's raw and he only takes three a day it's alot of sitting at fires but if u sell 5 pieces of meat to him you'll get 500 rupees which is better than just selling them that's my method lol

It would be way faster to cook and sell at Kakariko Village - there's a cooking pot right next to the general store.
