Sadly no. Coz, it will just let blue light pass through which is the main cause of concern for eye strain. Have a good day.

Luca - I have the Zeiss Blue Photo chromic prescription lenses and I work in a business formal environment and people complement the glasses all the time when I come to work from walking outside cos no-one has seen cool blue before. It has made me totally stand out and set a new trend.
