Zeba Bakhtiar On Life Survival Hacks I Six Pack at 60 I How To Overcome Depression I AHI
AHI is Aamna Haider Isani and will bring to you the life, style and soul of my life.
The word AHI may be the acronym of my name, but it independently stands for a species of Hawaiian Tuna. Ahi is an apt name for me. As a Piscean, fish is my symbol and water my element.
But this channel isn't about astronomy. l'll be tapping into my 20-year career as a fashion journalist to cover fashion as a source of self-expression and body positivity. We'll have a little bit of fun in shows like Fashion Fortnightly. I'll be connecting with fashionable creatures in Meet the Muse and reviewing fun, new products in the short FIR - First Impression Review. Aamna 101 will take you into my life while The AHI Icon will bring you an exceptional person, whose story inspires.

Not everyone in Pakistan understands English but every Pakistani who speaks English can understand Urdu so kindly speak the most beautiful language Urdu and feel proud ❤

Interview is in Urdu, but these women are genuine women, both shifted to English and back to Urdu back snd forth and it was very natural.

In subcontinent Shudh Hindi/ Urdu are fast going to be extinct, majority now speak Hinglish, like these Ladies, it is Hindustani with English mix, also written in Roman Script.

True. I think we need to wake up and realize that taking pride in one's national language is the way to go. Urdu bolney mein proud feel karein. Period.

@@JMalik84 Urdu is language of Bharat, also National language of Bharat, imposed on Pakistan since 1948 by an unrepresentative setup imported from Bharat. Pakistanis have their own National languages like Sindhi Seraiki Baluchi Pashto Punjabi. Urdu is language of division not unity, it has blocked the progress of Pakistani languages. Urdu has a place in Bharat, we don't need it.
I started karate with my son at 42, earned my yellow belt last year, and going for orange stripe next week. Women in Pakistan are not facilitated with all these options, but if you are privileged enough, then take advantage of it. Really happy to hear and see Zeba. Very positive attitude!
I am going to gym now inspired by Zeba ji to get 6 packs at 60 ( only few months left ) . So happy to see our women are doing great at late age and taking care of their health / families .

Very inspirational 👏 I have been through this i was given anti depressant the age of 26 by a dr i have them 6 months after that us ka asar nhi ho raha dr said change medicine i was worried i will be dependent on them then fortunately some good advice came through by way i threw all medicine started walk initially now i go to park daily in the morning. Last year i started going gym which is not regular but i am working on that but since that i haven't looked back towards medicine i have over come my anxiety depression or whatever it was on my own and dealing with the reason till date . Alhumdulillah Allah gave me that strength. People who are suffering from any kind of mental illness please get your self busy in some kind of physical activity it will bring peace to your life
"I am proud that Zeba Maim is the daughter of Quetta city, and even now, she is doing a lot of work for women in small tribal city like Quetta. Among her contributions, she also gifted Quetta, a small city, with a shopping mall(Bakhtiar Mall) Despite facing numerous difficulties due to being a woman, she didn't lose courage and continued her work. This courageous woman's determination serves as evidence of her love for Quetta city and its residents. We are proud of Zeba Maim."
Zeba ko dekh kr ye baat sachi lagti h k log achi cheezon ko torr detey hein

Thank you for this ❤
Absolutely wonderful super motivated ❤
Loved the interview...the topic we all needed to hear about. Please keep this genre of interviews coming.
For those who are watching to add value to their own wellbeing, just know that language is just that. Don’t make it a big deal when trying to get a point across. Learn more languages be it Urdu English Arabic French Spanish .. any language is an asset only to you. It only adds to your personality and expression and understanding. Wisdom is to always learn more whether it’s language or food discipline or exercise knowledge or just to make life easier every day that you’re alive. Don’t be narrow minded by picking out faults in other people.. if you really want to make your own life better learn to pick up all the positive from any celebrity you’re watching and inspiring qualities of the person being interviewed in front of you. It will be your time well spent
full of motivation , positivity , and self grooming.

Azaan 's wife was living in Karachi. With her 2 kids. Adnan only visited & would pick his kids up & then spoil them . His wife had a very difficult time. She was not allow to go out of city or abroad. He would monitor her. I have seen her life, she is such an amazing lady, so talented, gifted. But sorry to say, she deserved better. Now she finally went away. Good for her.
What she’s talking about is intuitive eating that Dr Shagufta Feroz is working on through focusing on self love. As according to her it kicks in (the intuition) once your bondy mind and soul is in harmony and you speak your truth with a balance…
Thank you so much for bringing Zeba Jee 🖤 i just love you Aamna You're simply outstanding 👑

Words of wisdom women take care of yourself so that you can take care of others.
True, we have to get rid of victim mentality and need to focus on leadership skills in women. Women need to become support system to other women. Even if one cannot assist financially, there should be support groups in each cities for women where the can advices and suggestions how to move forward.
She is strong n beautiful ❤️
