Tell that to Ben Lecair : After years of living my dream of being a professional wakeboarder, traveling around to skate, surf and film i had an accident that put an emergency alert to my life. I suffered a spinal cord injury in 2016 that turned me into a quadriplegic. Long story short, I crashed wakeboarding while I was practicing a routine manoeuver and woke up paralyzed from the neck down, breathing from a ventilator. Doctors told me I would never walk again and that I'd be lucky to even be able to use one of my arms.@@dgarcia5555 Even if you're pro things can happen mate.
