Sabe informar se ele funciona ligado direito na tomada? Eu vir que tem uma entrada tipo C nele. Será que funciona sem bateria? Pq quero que ele funcione por várias horas

Hello Zeapon. My micro 2 plus slider unlock button isn't working. I have only used it twice since I bought it over 2 years ago. What do I do?

I REALLY wanted to use and love this slider. However, the slider fell from the box one broken piece at a time. Customer service was useless. I sent it back for a full refund. I’m probably going to post my unboxing video on my channel just for the comedic value of my reaction. The look on my face is priceless!

broken piece？may i confirm that it's the Micro 2 Plus slider, how broken ? and who did you contact for after-sale ?

@@ZEAPONTech yes broken pieces. The main plastic piece that connects the belts was broken as well as other parts damaged or broken. I purchased through Pear Gear via Amazon. The original plastic wrap and factory packaging was removed (I think). Pear gear said it was the last one they had in stock and I’d have to return through Amazon (which I did). Like I said, I really wanted to enjoy the product. Though my KZread channel isn’t a review type channel I was videoing for a “How I create content for my channel “. Unfortunately Zeapon won’t be included.

The motor belt snapped on me the other day while in use. I used the regular micro 2 slider a lot and love it but it just had a lot of wear and tear over time. Do you sell the motor belt separately or do I need to buy a new motor unit?

this is the worst experience i've ever had.they can't help you.they make broken alts in a short time and they won't help.they waste your money
