Why do two different test cards, then a pulse and bar pattern and then colour bars appear? I used to see the FUBK Test Card quite often on Satellite TV in the UK. The ARD 1 Plus channel used to have a voiceover on the test card.

Scheinbar wurde da zum Schluss die Sendeleistung verringert so wie es ausschaut. Sehr interessant ! Wo und von welchem Sender wurde das Empfangen ?
