Hello! In what size is it exported? In other words, what is the size that Photoshop receives? The actual size of the object itself that is in zbrush or the size of the zbrush document?

Please could you make a tutorial of the pore detail?

You could just mask areas you don't want pores in, then go to Surface > Noise on the right hand panel. Play around with the settings and it should give some variation to the skin. Or you buy good alphas and manually drag-rectangle them across the face.

What are you doing around 2:20? With the eyelashes and things? Hard to tell.
