Anxiety can be horrible. If you dont have it you cant understand. Its sad, she flourishes in the lime light and it makes him sick. Maybe a therapist will offer some help. I know there is a lot of help for anxiety but youre too anxious to go see a dr. Quoting scripture helps me. I wish there was more happiness in the world. Poor kids today, how do you find peace? Hugs to whoever needs some! There is always hope and always more people that care about you than you know. It will be okay.

Hajar Hf many other couples that break up do not give meaning behind a break up either it's been 3 years and we still don't know the reason why him and Perrie broke up many couples don't want to say the reasons they want to keep it private they don't want to spread it to the whole world the relationship probably was fake which I've kind of believe it was their relationship was weird right from the start every since that it did that magazine cover 3 months after only being together that was weird and how they both told different story than how they met Zayn said he struggles with keeping his weight on and keeping it off he will get better I know it he didn't lose it because of the breakup he's been going through that stuff for years it's not because of Gigi she's not the only girl in the world he will find someone better and that's about the song things it doesn't mean he's heartbreaking sometimes artists do sad songs because it sounds better and you feel good about letting your emotions out but that doesn't mean Gigi is his whole world

If *He* wouldn’t get proper treatment for his anxiety the *he* is the one that isn’t good enough. I think it’s incredibly unfair to expect someone who’s outgoing to stay indoors with you all the time because you’re too scared to go out 😕 Like Gigi had needs too. Loving someone with a severe mental illness isn’t easy and if that person doesn’t see the need for help, I don’t think it’s right for them to expect their partner to stay and suffer with them forever. His anxiety made him extremely introverted which made them incompatible, so she left. No need to shame her for it.

Things have gotten so bad that he’s lost a bunch of weight and he barely leaves his house. Things have gotten a whole bunch worse and to me that’s not a sign of someone who’s actively trying their best to seek help. I’m asking you to put yourself in *her* shoes. She’s outgoing and young, there’s absolutely no reason why she should stay around and let him drag her down. It can be overwhelming to be in a relationship with a mentally ill person and I don’t see how her staying and getting depressed will help anything. She stuck with him for two years and has certainly done more to help him than you or I. She probably sees things getting worse and decided that she couldn’t ‘save’ him. Maybe her leaving will be exactly that he needs to get his act together 🤷🏾‍♀️ Two mental illnesses are never better than one (if she stays she’ll only become depressed while he will stay anxious). Contrary to popular belief, you *can’t* ‘love’ someone out of a mental illness. The bulk of their recovery (if they can recover) is *always* down to the sufferer and whether or not they want to put on the work.

This is about principle and how delusional people like you don’t want to acknowledge how hard it is for *both* sides (not just the person with the mental illness). I suffer with anxiety but I’ve also been around people with mental illness so I’ve seen it from both sides. You think it’s selfish for her to leave? Well I say it’s equally selfish for him to expect her to stay, put her life on hold and suffer with him for the rest of her life. She waited and tried to help for *two years*. How much longer did you expect her to wait? Should she have waited forever? This is not a Disney movie, these are people’s real lives. Again yes she knew about his anxiety but clearly things have gotten worse. There is no shame in admitting when things have gotten to much for you and distancing yourself. I never said she was depressed I said that if she stayed she likely would have *eventually* become depressed because it’s not in her nature to stay indoors all the time like he would have wanted and from the pressure of supporting someone who doesn’t seem to be improving. I also stand by what I said; when it comes to mental illness no one can ‘save’ you or ‘love’ you out of it. You have got to do the bulk of the work in order to get better. That’s reality. If he wasn’t putting in the work, no amount of love and support from Gigi would have made him better.

Kylie Jenner has a family and she's 20!! Look at Liam, he was 23 when he had a family with Cheryl. So when you're sure that you've found the love of your life, then you should go ahead. This just shows that Zayn was confident and true in his love, but Gigi had other priorities: Zayn, love and marriage are not her priorities. So i feel its a blessing in disguise for Zayn. I hope he finds someone who loves him as deeply and truly as he does!!

I have such severe anxiety which makes me respect him even more for being able to perform in front of such huge crowds, but I can't imagine what it must be like having so much paparazzi following him everywhere he goes. I would never leave the house if I had to face crowds of people taking my picture and videos and constantly asking me personal questions everyday. I hope being single for now helps him grow stronger independently so he can gain confidence back.
