Zayn | New Album 'Room Under The Stairs', His Daughter Khai, Pennsylvania

Ойын-сауық

Zayn came by to break down his new album "Room Under The Stairs", his daughter Khai and living in Pennsylvania!
Zayn Malik is a British singer and songwriter who rose to prominence as a member of the iconic boy band One Direction. Zayn’s journey to stardom began in 2010 when he auditioned for "The X Factor,” and despite being eliminated as a solo artist, he was brought back to form One Direction. Zayn’s tenure with One Direction saw the release of chart-topping albums, numerous hit singles, and massive world tours. In 2015, he departed from the group to pursue a solo career, marking a significant turning point in his musical trajectory. His debut solo album, "Mind of Mine," proved his chops as a solo artist and introduced Zayn as we know him today. Today on the couch, Zayn discussed his move to rural Pennsylvania, life with his daughter Kai, and the making of his forthcoming album, “Room Under the Stairs,” coming May 17th.

@@Jackpolee you have no clue what you're talking about. His previous albums he didn't promote it at all and do interviews. He's getting out of his comfort zone. One of the reasons he's doing it is bc of his daughter. He wants his daughter to look back when she's older. And be like wow, my Dad was brave even though he has anxiety and other issues.

@@SusanLaskowski-kb8pgwell zayn has never been one to stay in this pretentious industry and to sell his soul to be a media darling by doing trivial, idealised and pr things to feed money for the big media industries and shoving themselves into our faces with random fake narratives. The more is revealed abt this industry (secret Grammys committees, EPSTEIN TRAFFICKING LIST, P. Diddy etc) the MORE my respect for zayn increases even more that he saw it for wht it is and chose to stay out of it. Even Yolanda first leaked gigi's pregnancy and sold her OWN granddaughter's face to the paps but Z is insistent to keep far away out of it. But you can literally see how much more comfortable he is in interviews and just how much more open he is compared to other ones from his past! He's working on his decades long anxiety and the conversations he's having are so mature and also correlating with my headspace it makes me wanna cry 😢. Z has hus own fan base that stays dedicated and loyal to him and listens to his music even with 0.01% content over years bc they genuinely do just love his music and his personality they would like but don't need/DEMAND content from him to stay a fan, some have been #1 on Z for 6-8 years and others are more newer fans like 3 years in zquad or sm even less. Zayn only utilises this industry to put out his music and artistic expression, and keep his ability/connections to collaborate with other personnels musically so he can release the best work in the vibe he wants to.And speaking of, Room Under The Stairs is zahns first album with his new label mercy records, so it needs cause some stir anyways. RUTS needs to be more successful and bring in more money than any other artist who's on Mercury's waiting list. Labels don't just keep artists who don't constantly bring in money and Z fans need to understand that maybe not reach #1 (maybe zayn himself dosnt want all that commotion, expectation, unnecessary judgement from ppl who know only the most surface value things as he jeeps saying he doesnt like to go to the commotion of this fake industry) RUTS need to be a big stir otherwise Z might lose his "voice"/ability to make music in the long-term. If u listen to his unofficial rap album from mid-2021 called Yellow Metal, which he just posted a link on X to for his fans who r still there, u will see how much he hates the industry and he talks passionately abt many causes there, police racism, lying politicians, environment, fake friends, temporary nature of this industry, airport racism and school racism in 90s, and UK,Palestine, his persona, the next/current generation etc he says "attentions seekers their span is weak" "my eyes are set to [the] summit and I see u bitc#es plummet" "they say they will never kill another unless that brothers skin is brown" "its f the feds till they stop killing coloured" "this industry's a cage" "my name ain't on the list unless it's "ethnic"" "you say my skins quite fair (or smth like that), take up my name in a flight and try to convince immigration that ur bloodlines half white" he tells his cousins to work hard he disses sm celebs he says he "heals ppl like a clinic" etcetc

Suddenly it wasn’t about me..she brought out the softer side of me, and brings me great joy and happiness. In my early 20’s if you told me I’d be an avid gardener in my mid 30’s I would have laughed in your face. But it’s so peaceful to be out in nature, sun on your face, nurturing things you’ve grown yourself, and of course things are so much sweeter grown by your own hand. This was such a great interview.

For over 4 decades, I have been watching music artists actions and interviews when their music, voice or lyrics "hit" me. This is BY FAR, the most authentic and honest interview I have ever seen. I have watching and listening to him for years and he has never impressed me more (which is saying something profound) then he did in this interview. Much Light and Love to you Zayn Malik. Thank you for sharing yourself and your gift. And to Zach, OUTSTANDING job!

I loved this interview from the first second till the last. Zach really focused on the questions to include the things and only the things that Zayn felt comfortable with to speak about. He let him speak and never interrupted his speech what is unfortunately kind of rare nowadays. And Zayn needed a lot of bravery to sit there and talk about his life, feelings and fears with no filter knowing how many people could watch him here. He looks so healthy and even though he is still that humble boy we all love from the bottom of our hearts, he changed a lot to the better.

This was one of the best interviews I've seen Zayn do. He is so relaxed and open to all the questions asked. His perspective on the path that has led him to where he is at this moment is so in tune with his attitude about life in general and prioritizing what is important to him. Zach did a great job making it feel like a conversation and not an interview when he took the time to let Zayn answer the question asked and not already into the next one in his (Zach's) mind. He waited and listened. ❤❤❤. Great job

*ZAYN deserves all the happiness in the world💛, he's unique, I never I met someone so special, he is humble, he was never interested in money, in the industry, he makes music because it is his happiness, and he shares with us his voice from another world. And it gives me a lot of peace, like it's just him and me in the universe. It's a wonderful feeling, his music can heal hearts, and it saves our lives. My words will never be enough to describe how much I love him, admire him, and that I am blessed to have him in my life. I will never stop thanking him enough* :') 🌟💛✨

This comes with a lot of self awareness and healing as well as knowing who you are . Not caring about others opinions is amazing and this is why I love this man and relate to his music so much. This was the best interview with any of the boys of One Direction... ever. It's great to hear Zayn laugh & smile again. Even his eye contact is great. Ive always said Zayn speaks the most eloquently out of everyone (the boys) sorry i cant help but compare them, theyre all One Direction yet so far past that with their solo careers. I just love Zayns hair longer ... i think it makes him sexier. Sorry for such a vain comment its just what i think. His live for his daughter is so beautiful to see. My parents divorced when i was young, but my Dad was awesome and always present in our entire life until he peacefully passed away suddenly at 83 years old... still looking amazing and even worked his job that day. I miss him everyday and its been 6 years now. Father/daughter relationships are more special than anything to most girls. Im so glad he knows that & immediately did. Thats beautiful!! Zach was so giddy & excited to be with Zayn again.. it showed how happy he was and i felt the same way watching it. Im so happy & proud of Zayn for who he & how far he's come. Always my favorite vocally, he has WOW'd me from the first time i saw him. Im from Buffalo, NY so i get the nature thing... its very grounding & and to me spiritual. Cant wait to hear Room Under The Stairs, i know I'll love from his first 2 songs. (love them!!) Really really happy to see him so well. Good luck touring your album, we all wait with baited breathe. Will play this on repeat it makes me so happy. Much love & continued success my friend! 🖤

What is love? It can be answered if you're truly 100% vulnerable & committed. Usually answered with your better halfs first name. I knew his name at 26, and I just turned 60 and it's still my answer. (I'm lucky, but you have to work at it constantly & be selfless) AND always keep the fighting clean & the sex dirty. (for real) Awww... true love! ❤
