Hi Josie. Recently I've been getting a similar problem The only thing I know that helps is using washing machine cleaner. The one I use is Dettol Washing Machine Cleaner It removes the smell but it does come back after a few more months. My advice would be to use it once every three months.

Mine broke after 2 years, rubber seal came out and drum became loose and damaged through wear and tear

I can't wait to get rid of my 8kg one even to an ideshit (indesit) found it even better than this one a little complicated at first regarding wash cycles, and also my softer drawer is always filled with water. Just terrible and takes hours to wash them and they come out stained. Don't buy go for a different brand In my own opinion.

No, new ones are great!!! And absolutly different to this one.

The putrid smells coming out of the drum even after detergement or vinegar + baking powder cleaning is insane! The lack of filter in this thing is suspicious. The programs are all weird as well, you either do a 3-4 hour wash or a 1.5 hr wash. God, how I hate this machine... On top of that I get to smell dirty stinking gases from the kitchen drains when the thing is turned on.

You have to clean your machine every 2-3 months on a long 90° cycle without clothes and washing machine cleaner. Yes, this was a not that good model from Zanussi, but all others are great.

Same boat here on top of that I get nasty stink from the kitchen drains when the thing is on. I've used everything from soda + vinegar + 90 degree wash and detergent cleaners. Nothing works, this thing ain't got a filter. If I wasn't living in a rented property I would blow the machine up already.

Prewash???

Only this model hasn't got a prewash function.

Esta lavadora la tengo y. Solo se usar en rápido. Lo he intentado mil veces es súper dificil

There's no filter on the back, there's no filter on the front and there's no filter in the drum. If there is one I can't find it, that's why I say on the video it has no filter.

I had no problems with this washing machine and to be honest a Miele should be better It costs 5 times as much as this washing machine.

This was not a very good Zanussi. All other Zanussi's are fantastic!🥰 MUCH better then the pos Miele's which are full of bugs and needs a lot repairs due to things like TwinDos dies.
