hey this guide is a little outdated, these routes mostly are still good but since this video went up Zafina was patched to do less self damage when she uses azazel moves so you dont have to be as careful using the while running 1+2 ender. they also patched it so that stage gimmicks cant be activated when the opponent is in a grounded state so its no longer possible to break a wall or activate the wall burst using df1,2,1 after heat burst and heat dash or after scarecrow heat smash

No. They don't have to be. I mostly do shorter combos than these because a lot of these require the scr df1 to tornado, which costs health

thanks for the video, i am zafina main. these combo are sick speacially the last ones! for me would be very useful when i am playing so far online as today my combo are limited, my only problem will be, rearranged the controller setting which i havent changed since tekken 6, so this will be a challenge to do unless i put myself into the lab just practice, practice and practice i until i get used to the the new controller setting, if i achieve that, including these combo adding my normal game plan then i might be able to compete at high level offline. i will come back to this comments when i am doing 100+ damaged combo. thank you

Probably the only time to use the b 1+2 ender is when you really want to swap places with your opponent or not it makes you nearer to the wall instead of your opponent

What is the timing, or how do you get uf 1 into ff2? I’m using a ps5 controller and sometimes I get it but definitely not consistent at all. I can’t seem to get the timing right and I see it’s one of the more crucial attacks for combos.

yea its a difficult timing for sure, but i wouldnt say its crucial actually, more like an optimisation to make in the long term rather than a need-to-know option. but yea all the advice on the timing i can give is practice it by seeing if you are to early or too late and try to adjust each attempt. you can also try buffering the first forward of the f,f2 (hold forward then release it after the recovery of uf1 and press f+2) which should make the input window a frame wider but i dont think its actually easier. but yea i would say that route is not like super neccessary to play character

Hi, are you thinking of making a video with the buttons as notations? Even if I can read it, I have a lot more difficulty learning the combos by reading the imputs rather than by seeing them (this is my first tekken)

Hello, i keep seeing df+1, dash df+1 after ff2. Does dash mean i have to df1 - ff - df1? It wont work with just df1, df1? Great guide and notations btw

yea exactly u need the ff to be close enough for the rest of the combo to connect properly

How do i hit the df4,2 consistently? that dash between df1 and df4,2 its complicated

yeah its difficult but there's no specific trick to it, just timing/practice

Bro they removed the possibility to break wall/wall explosion after SCR HEAT SMASH df121? I am trying both delaying or not df121 but oppo only fell down the wall Even after heat dash df121 doesnt break the wall or activate the wall explosion 🤔

yes sorry i should pin a comment about this they patched it a while ago so that you cant activate stage gimmicks when your opponent is in a grounded state (like scr heat smash or heat burst + heat dash in the same combo)

t! means tornado (the flippy windy effect some moves have on airborne opponents that you can use once a combo to extend it)

Having to take damage yourself just to get average damage from a combo is really dumb

Bruh her combos are stupid💀 all that for some measly damage that others can do in like 3 hits This game is so unbalanced her combo aren't hard to understand but they're so situationally timed specific because they come out slow and can be punished heavily

It's painful to watch how zafina hurts herself doing 60 dmg combos... I hope namco shows her some love and rework that mechanic. Jun and yoshi can heal themselves but not zafina and in heat her moves are basically the same but minus health cost. That looks like devs doesn't have idea what to do with this character
