As a Punjabi Muslim from Pakistan, I find it amazing how Guru Gobind Singh Ji differentiated between acts of Aurangzeb from the religion Islam itself (despite the personal tragedies) and instead showed us what faith truly means. Atrocities committed by Mughals against Sikh Gurus were out of political fear but disguised as a religious war. Aurengzeb killed his brothers to get the throne and imprisoned his own father. In these verses Guru Gobind Ji beautifully exposed Aurengzeb's lack of character. The golden temple whose foundation stone was laid by Mir Mian Mohammed, a Muslim Pir of Lahore and Mughals repeatedly tried to destroy, still stands tall as a symbol of religious tolerance and peace.

@@jazwarraich4267 you have lack of understanding of Sikhism...However you are sikh....Hindu knows at that time muslims and especially mughlas suppressed nonviolent religion and Hindu religion was totally trodden with exploitation of looting community mughlas....Gurus fought against these people for humanity and truth......How was intolerant don't turn your back..... Babar-nama is the proof of extremism of mughlas...And mughlas fought for Muslim religion......Had any muslim opposed at that time....And now why muslims don't speak for sikhs or minorities who are suffered of religious discrimination in pak and other islamic countries and seek home in India? ਹਲੀ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ ਤੇ ਦਿਲ ਰੋ ਪਿਆ। ਸੋਚੋ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਸਭ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ। ਨਿਆਰਾ ਉੱਤਮ ਪੰਥ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ। ਰੱਬ ਸੱਚੀ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਜ ਲਈ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ। ਰੱਬ ਕੌਮ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖਣ। ਚਰਦੀਕਲ ਬਖਸ਼ਣ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਹਿ 🙏

ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਰਤਾਜ ਭਾਜੀ ਪਰ ਇਹਨੀਂ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾਏ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕ view ਘੱਟ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਆ। ਲੰਡੂ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਆ। ਜੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਲਾਈਕ ਕਰਿਓ।

I'm Punjabi Hindu ..and i consider Shree Guru Gobind Singh Ji as my Ideal.. Satnaam Shri waheguru.. This Zafarnama gives me strength and make me strong.

ਸਰਤਾਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਮਿਹਨਤ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ।

ਇੱਕ ਦਿਲੀ ਤਮੰਨਾ ਸੀ ਕੇ ਜਫ਼ਰਨਾਮਾ ਕੋਈ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਲਹਿਜਾ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਫ਼ਰਨਾਮੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਸਬਦ ਵੀ ਓਹੀ ਤੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਵੀ, ਸੱਚ ਜਾਣਿਓ ਬਾਬਿਓ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰੂਹ ਦੀ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਆ l ਮੈਂ ਨਿਕੰਮਾ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਏਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਓੰਦੇ ਵਸਦੇ ਰਹੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਿਕੰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਛ ਚੰਗਾ ਪਰੋਸਦੇ ਰਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਚੰਗੀ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਚੰਗੇ ਬਣ ਸਕੀਏ l.. ਜੀਵੇ ਸਰਤਾਜ

ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਉਚਾਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ ।ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਪੜਣਾ ਭੁਲ ਗਏ ਹਾਂ ਆਪਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

I'm a muslim and it really touched my soul. What at an amazing description of the Almighty lord and a heart melting request to acquire peace even after losing his loved ones. Hits deep in heart with all pain and grief. High on Farsi adab, never heard such intellectual master piece ever. Thanks Satinder Paaji and love to all our Sikh brothers and sisters

@@cnccad This song is in praise of the Quran and God. The translation of the video is not entirely accurate but is generally correct. For example, He said "AGAR SHAH BEKHAHAD MAN ANJA RAVAM" in Persian means "IF king wants , I will go there "but translate said "Wherever The King says I will not go " . 10:46 Although both translate are same explanation. if I want to explain, it means "I don't do anything without any order from God" This song is really beautiful, I enjoy that.

@@homayounfakhar7928 it's not in praise of the Qur'an btw ,and it has passges praising God but it's main purpose is that it was a letter to Aurangzeb by Guru Gobind Singh Ji the 10th Guru of the Sikhs ,it was to confront the tyrant Aurangzeb on all he had done bad for India. And how he and his cronies had betrayed the Guru' s trust. And the starting passages are in praise of God ,the later ones are like a normal letter It was written in Persian cos it was the official language of the Mughals and Guru Gobind Singh Ji wrote it himself as he is said to have known Persian better than even the Mughals.

I'm a Muslim and this letter is really a Zafarnama.... All the attributes of God explained in this letter are indeed the attributes of Almighty. And if Aurangzeb violated his oath he had given on Quran than he lost both his deen (religion) and Duniya (world). According to islamic jurisprudence he would have been executed for violating his words given on Quran.
