So the honest truth is that Snyder sucks at writing stories and writing in general.. No one should ever let him write again. However I will say that he at least he seems like a cool guy, unlike pretentious filmmakers like Rian Johnson. Id rather spend an hour meeting and chatting with Snyder than RJ any day of the week.

@@dignerds How do you know that? They probably laugh at him behind his back. The guy is a hack. These two guys will never actually respect someone so inept as this as a real filmmaker. They will pay the requisite lip service for a fellow filmmaker out of professionalism but make no mistake, he is not someone they will respect in reality. His movies are not great except for a few which are good and that too because of the source material and the writers behind it.

This is why I love bonus features in films. Love it or hate it, you cannot deny the talent and hard work that goes into making a project.

People typically don’t like movies for the acting, story, plot.But there is a lot more that goes into a multimillion dollar project than those three things. To say that the contributions of others doesn’t matter? That sounds crazy to me. “Hey, you spent 7 months of your life creating this set? Well the movie under performed so your contributions were for nothing.” Yeah that makes a lot of sense.

Whoever cut this did a great job and is probably a cool guy too

Really enjoyed the film tbh. Was it prefect? No it had a few issues mostly with some of the lack of character development and feeling that it needed more time with those characters to flesh them out a bit more. We know a directors cut is coming so will see how that one goes
