I used to be the worst of the worst. A hard core street hudlum! Born and raised in Watts California! Did 21 consecutive long years in state penitentaries here in California! Jesus never left me! And Ive never given up in my faith! Stay strong everyone. I love you all. The entire world! My brothers and sisters❤

I was in prison for 13 years for attempted murder. When I was released I had no family and no freinds anymore.. God brought me to Good News men's homeless shelter. At first I was still scared from what I went through in prison. I didnt listen to their preaching and didnt accept Christ forgivness. Then God brought a man into my life that truly loved the lord and helped me understand the lord. That man took me to his church and I then finally accepted Gods forgivness and turned my whole life (past, pesent, and future) over to to the Lord Jesus Christ. My life is forever changed my soul is going to heaven now. I am surounded by great freinds and have people surounding me with Love again. God has shown me the way and myself I am going to go into prison ministies to help the lost souls find God, So they may have a chance just like God has given me. This sound sums it all up.

Some of the men in this video are more free than those on the outside. Praise God. 🙌🙌🙌

Jesus broke those chains that held me captive for 40 years as a drug addiction until I got sentence to 37 to life under the Three Strike Law.. I was incarcerated for 23 years staight..God created in me a new ❤ and took that drug addiction away from me gave me a heart of pure love and joy..now I only serve and live for Him Thank You God for giving me strength when I was weak...Praise Jesus...✝️Amen..

Iv'e worked as a chaplain in jail for years and I know people who use the term jailhouse religion, But nothing is more satisfying than leading an inmate to the lord , giving them a brand new Bible and seeing them wear that Bible out in 6 months and seeing Jesus transform their life.

I spent 10+ years of my life in addiction, lost, miserable and on the edge daily of dying. Jesus changed my life in a 5'x8' cell after more times in jail/prison/rehab than I can count. Over 6 years now since he took that devil of drugs and all chemical dependency from me and I give glory to God daily and hope one day I can get into prisons to testify and hopefully change some lost mens lives. These videos of Zach in prison sharing the gospel are so powerful for me to watch I can't begin to describe 🙏 I pray every man finds God and sees that there is SO much to gain from giving their lives to Him!

My grandfather died of cancer. The last time I saw him alive he played this song for me. He played it over and over. He died February 4th 2023. His name was Paul Garrett Langford.

My husband and I went to see this amazing man last night. It was my hubby’s first Christian concert and Zach did not disappoint. His voice is soooo beautiful live. So much soul. Just flawless! If you get a chance to see him, take it! You’ll not leave without wanting more. My husband said he can’t wait to attend more concerts like his. Neither can I.

Everytime someone leaves a like i will come back and listen to this masterpiece again. ❤

She knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior but she let the cares of this world take over as she was going through some horrible times in her life. The first time I heard this song was in prison church. God spoke to my heart in a powerful way. I went to the front and gave my life to Him. Almost 5yrs later I’m home and a Pastor of a Baptist church. When we just submit and obey, daily walking by faith, anything is possible in Jesus Christ. PTL for this song and for Zac.

There are people that are in prison without being in prison. The answer is God.

Kevin Tru You are so right about that brother! Having been in emotional and psychological chains for most of my life, it’s felt like I’ve been imprisoned in my mind. There’s only One reason why I’m still here...by the Grace of God! He has kept me safe. He has comforted me. He has stopped me from going totally insane... The traumas from childhood and from my years of youth, left me with Complex PTSD, major depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, and Dissociative disorders. The reason I stated those illnesses is for no reason other than to give Glory to God for what He has done in me. No psychological therapy could help me in the way the Lord God has. Only He can see into a shattered mind and soul (see PSALM 139) and begin a work of healing. The Lord works in the most amazing ways to bring about healing. He has walked with me through the rugged terrain of life in order to make me strong. My harsh life lessons have been invaluable. The Lord loves us just as we are, but loves us too much to leave us as we are. I just love His wisdom and guidance when the road ahead is just darkness. He can be trusted, when someone like me trusted no one. The Word says ‘God has not given to me a spirit of fear, but of Power and of Love, and of A SOUND MIND’. I had a rough day at school, Almost wanting to commit suicide due to the bullies, But then, When I tried to do it, I saw Jesus in my eyes. He told me, "Accept me, And you will find strength and wisdom". Sure enough, I accepted him in, And my life changed forever!

Only if I could of been saved when I was like 15 or so I tryed to commit suicide every day but something stop me from doing it every day. So one day I tryed to do it again but Lord told me not because there something better out there in life and being honest there really is a better life out there. And I'm 24 now and I've been saved for 2 years now it's really different from not being saved.

I was in Jail for 8 years. I got attacked by someone I trusted in my own house with a knife. During this struggle, I killed another human being. Instead of sending me to a juvenile Prison they sentenced me based on the pressure of the Media and sent me to a "normal" Prison. Even though this journey has been a huge test for my faith, I have never lost my relationship to God completely and know that He forgives even the biggest sinner like myself

I myself have struggled with 10 + years of substance abuse. In and out of rehabs , jails, hospitals. You can feel the presence of God filling every corner of those prison walls. I've done 22 years in prison in California. There are alot of good people in prison. Even after being out, society still keeps us in prison that don't have walls. I struggle everyday.

In our church we have former drug addicts, alcoholics, people that have spent half a life in prison, they are all welcome.Paul writes about people that judge others in romans 2 and 3. We are all guilty, all are sinners. Christ came not to condemn the world but to save us.That makes Jesus on your side, pray for those that judge you, their sin is greater than yours.Mr. Kang you can be a child of the almighty God. His grace is free, I hope you can find a church that worships Jesus Christ instead of themselves. I see you are in California,their must be a church near you that teaches the true Way.He stands at the door and knocks, let Him in. Absorb your bible,pray about it. He will lead you in the right way He did me. May the grace and peace of God be yours.

I'm not a rapist, child molester, or a murderer. It was a property crime. I've done my time almost half my life. Society doesn't seem to forgive. I now understand why people re-offend. It's a struggle everyday. But I still pray everyday because I was given this chance to live a life of redemption.

I got saved this year 2023 in April on good Friday it was the best thing that I have ever done God is so good. Praise God. Amen I was going through a lot I was in the hospital a lot because I was trying to commit suicide and ever time I got out of hospital I would just get home and do it again and I am only 15 but I was also sexually assaulted by my biological father when I was a baby and until I was 10 years old but when I was trying to commit suicide I just heard God talking to me this was in April to as well less then a week away from good Friday when this happened and then on good Friday I just had to do it because God was talking to me and I New that this was supposed to happen and it was all going to be ok and I am still here able to right this I am still alive. Thank you Jesus.

I've been recently been released from prison and now I'm seeing that the Lord is slowly but surely guiding me into being of service and this song testifies of how the Lord is opening those doors..Amen

Feel blessed for what you have rather than jealous of the life you don't. I am 38 and recognize what is important only after God blessed me with the chances I have after 3 commas. My life was on the wrong path but I was saved. My mother fought my DNR -do not recicitate. She told doctors that if God wants me to live it's his choice;not theirs. Thankfully I am here and I may not walk again but I can still be thankful 3 years later. Life is hard but we need to appreciate every day we get. God gives but doesn't guarantee. Treat the people and time we have as precious.

May they find peace and happiness and may they never return to their harmful self destructive ways. Remember it's not only God and Jesus that love you. You have an abundance of family and friends that genuinely care for you and love you. You aren't hurting only yourselves, you are hurting them more. Is really beautiful and just what I needed... my heart was turning sour to all this that surrounds us, but turning to faith and strength, I think the way I will now proceed is 100% positivity in life and in social media, sure we can point out contradictions or give an opinion but keep it constructive and be unifying.... I saw a video with a Shirt on it that said hUmaNITY ... we must get back to that. GOD BLESS and have a great 4th 🙏♥️🇺🇸

But let me ask...do they know JESUS? This song doesn't even mention HIS name, or am I wrong? Chain breaker to some could mean Mohammed! Christian Music today, a lot of it, leaves out the name of JESUS CHRIST! Why???? We cant assume, that a lost World, thinks it's JESUS that we are talking about!!! I'm a Christian and have Heard So called Christian singers and writers sing songs that sound like they're singing about a lover... how is the world supposed to know the difference? If he name is of JESUS is not present in the song they will not know who it's about, Except what their worldly beliefs want it to be about..btw, I do jail ministry also, and ppl have many false beliefs and many false gods n idols

Tomorrow is one year since I’ve seen my daughters. Nasty divorce, false allegations etc… lord help us now I lay it at your feet to resolve this. Amen 🙏

Lost myself about 5 months ago almost fell into hell people I was around wanted me to go there with them . I've hit rock bottom but I'm coming back up . Thank you Jesus for your love you will never break my heart or leave me alone ! He's the best !! Trust in him it does and will get better .

Broncho the key is to not forget one minute of what is was like in the big house. When you find yourself in your comfort zone, bible and G-D has taken a back seat, remind yourself of what is was like, your thoughts and your goals. Strongly recommend you find new friends, the old ones often take us back to our old ways. X- heroin addict, going back to my old buds, only caused me to relapse several times.

When my newborn son won't sleep I play this song or "No longer slaves" and he falls asleep almost immediately! Praise God!

God is so good, He is indeed a chain breaker, a way maker, a promise keeper🙌🙏

If you're confused and struggling about your faith, pray alone and say "God, if you are real, please reveal yourself to me, help me Lord". Do it sincerely both with your mind and heart then God will show you grace, mercy and love through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and if you truly believe in Him, you will produce righteousness that comes from Him and you shall be saved💖

He’s a chain breaker. I never knew the chains would be so hard. But one link at A time he will breakem. Just hold on he will be there and all we have to do is look u and Praise the Lord.

I am in awe. This is breathtaking; I’m almost in tears. I’ve always loved this song; but to see sinful men understand that they have a chain breaker is amazing. PRAISE GOD.

@@mindyvongunten1595 Can you honestly not see the ignorance and self righteousness of such a comment? Those men committed crimes that landed them in prison are there because nobody took the penalty of their crimes for them. YOU and every other self righteous hypocrite out there that think along these same lines would be right next to them If Jesus did not die on the cross to save us ALL of our sins when our Father in Heaven passes judgement on us. You could have easily removed the prison background and put any Church in the background from anywhere in the world and the sin would be exactly the same. Please people stop thinking you are better than someone else because your life is different from theirs. You make yourself and all the others that claim to be ambassadors of God look like hateful hypocrites and I for 1 am sick of it.
