It's probably recorded live and then post-mixed like most things these days. Still live tracks though, post-mixing just allows you to make everything tighter and polish it up.

Just got turned on to this guy from a good friend. Perfect voice, songwriting, guitar chops and energy for this style of music. He’s right on time and if I’m guessing he might be the next big thing.
