Hey Lev love the show! Also as also a former hot guy that got overweight and had to lose 70Ibs , you may have have a fatty liver based on some of things you’ve said. I only know because I had it. It’s easy to fix by cutting out sugar, carbs, an fried food. Hope you see this and it helps.
