豆乳馅:
豆浆83g
玉米淀粉10g
细砂糖10g
蛋黄17g
奶油奶酪30g
烘烤温度:
高比克t60s风炉烤箱160℃10分钟
海氏i7平炉烤箱上下火180℃15分钟
厨师机揉面时间参考
3档3分钟成团
5档6分钟加黄油
3档3分钟黄油揉匀
5档6分钟面团揉好

High sugar resistant fresh yeast 7.5g

Corn starch 10g
10g fine sugar
Egg yolk 17g
Cream cheese 30g
Baking temperature:
Gobic t60s wind stove oven 160℃ 10 minutes
Haishi i7 open-hearth oven with upper and lower heat at 180℃ for 15 minutes
Kitchen machine kneading time reference:
3 gears, 3 minutes to form a group
Add butter at level 5 and 6 minutes
