Zürich - Unterstrass (CH - ZH) Glocken der ref. Pauluskirche

Die heutige Pauluskirche wurde von 1932-34 erbaut und ist mir ihrem mächtigen Frontturm nicht zu übersehen. Das Geläute von 1933 ist mit seinen 17.5t Gesamtgewicht das schwerste Geläute der Stadt und auch des Kantons. Die Glocken wurden in die Gestaltung der Front mit einbezogen, was zu einer spektakulären Optik führt, gerade Abends bei Beleuchtung.

Ein herzlicher Dank geht an den freundlichen Sigristen, welcher mir die Schlüssel für den Turm überliess.

Wow, theres alot of power in this, goodness me!!! Never been to Zurich before, its a part of Switzerland i never explores. Never thought i said this, but thanks, sounds remarkable, and with the extra space even more remarkable!!!
Einen guten Rüetsch'ins neue Jahr!
Majestic as usual, night or day. When I lived and worked in Switzerland, I went to Zurich several times for drinks and food on Saturdays, only to good and listen to the grand symphony at 7pm. The tower installation itself for the 1930s was a tangible proof of Swiss high tech bell technology. Happy New Year 2023!

Impressionnante sonnerie dans une toute aussi imposante structure de béton. Des nouveaux battants rendraient la sonnerie encore plus puissante 😊

@@campanesdefrance9805 En Suisse, la mode est au changement de battants. Aussi, l'argent coule à flots en Suisse alémanique pour l'entretien des cloches. Ce qui n'est pas le cas chez vous en France. Dommage.

@@GlockenTV But with G° you put at the end, I am assuming your talking about the big bell, I compared the bell's sound with the FIs° bell of Trier, they sound exactly the same in terms of notes.
