If you're talking about toggling the turbo awakening state, then it's impossible. You would need a certain mechanism for that. And since he or she is just using popsicle sticks, there's no way to add the mechanism. Now for just keeping it in turbo awakening, I can't really give an answer to that. I don't think it would be possible, however, although it might be a very valiant effort.
