I own the EDP version and it has given me so many compliments and I’ve been using it since June last year till October and I absolutely love it.

This was a great video comparing the YSL Y line of fragrances, thanks! My first YSL Y purchase was the Y Live. I didn't have the others to compare it to, to me Y Live is pretty awesome even if it sits somewhere between the EDT and EDP.

I love the EDP for sure that one receives compliments and I never have received compliments from anyone even when I wear bleu de chanel and dior savauge.

Imo the Y line is one best blue fragrances out their. Besides I really love the way smells, if you are looking for compliments Y live and EDP are monsters... Every time I wear it someone says how good I smell, I wear frags cause I like but its definitely nice get compliments. I guess just get them all, lol

I like how they nailed the root of the fragrance to appeal to all customers. I loved the EDP, but the Eau Fraiche is the one for me for the Cancún summer.

The only one I've tried is edp and I was very pleasantly surprised! I went to sephora and tested out a few including sauvage edp and bleu de chanel and surprisingly this one was my favorite! So much so I bought a bottle and it's becoming a go to for me! Love it!

Bleu de Chanel is my favorite of the 3 you mentioned but in the fall and winter Y EDP shines whereas BDC EDT and EDP are both better for spring in my opinion.

Great line and the cleanest looking bottles

YSL Y EDP is my favorite fragrance of all time. The dry down is absolutely brilliant. At times I spray my work shirt the night before so I can get that sexy dry down for the morning.

I Like YSL Y Pour Homme(Only Y Live&Y Eau Fraiche) Because Really Love Than Highly Compliments/Top Sellers.

The Y Live Intense is a clear winner for me. It's a perfect balance between the Y edt & Y edp...just the right amount of clean & sexy making it a more versatile wear. And as a wearer of it I can say that the edt definitely wears as an edp, thus the name, 'Intense' because it projects pretty good on me.

When you were talking about the Dolce Gabanna: The One line you said "No one is buying the edt anymore after the edp came out." That was what I thought also until I went to the mall a while ago and saw at Sephora they had the edt on display and I asked if they had the edp version and the salesperson looked at me confused and said: "Most people don't even know the difference or that there is an edp version." That made me realize that although I agree that there is no reason to buy Dolce Gabanna: The One EDT since the EDP is better in every way. Most people that aren't in "frag com" don't understand that or even know what an "EDT/EDP" is. Most people go to the store and smell several fragrances and pick the one that they like best. In fact if they smelled the edt and edp and thought they smelled the same and the edp cost more they may be more likely to go for the edt because they don't know any better.

I just bought a travel bottle of YSL Y EDT and I'm trying it on my skin. I'm not in love with it for the same reason some love it: TOO fresh and clean for me. I imagine a massive, empty, clean white room full of spotless stainless steel appliances.

Eau Fraiche smells the same as Montblanc Legend Special Edition, with the exception that Eau Fraiche smells a bit sweeter

They are all amazing. EDT or edp are pretty even for me. I like edt better marginally, but edp performance Is better

The la Parfum must of came out recently after this vid. I just picked it up and I’m absolutely loving it. It’s insane

I own Ysl Y EDT and just ordered Y live after smelling the whole line at Nordstrom. Every time I think of purchasing the EDP, I smell it and instantly get nauseated by the strong sage mint and chemical smell. Y Eua Frachie would be good if I didn’t already have Versace pour homme and All the aqua di gio line. Overall Y EDT and Y Live are the best scent wise.

I have them all, what can I say?, I really like this YSL line, highly recommend, all are legit, but if you guys want JUST ONE from this line, I’ll strongly suggest buy YSL Y........ EdP, overall, is very versatile and performs really well, above average. Second place YSL Y LIVE, if you feel Ysl Y EdP is a lit of bit heavy, try Ysl Y Live! And you will get lots of compliments 💯. Nice video. 👍

YSL edp is really strong! with just 2 full sprays i fill up a room (office) for a good 6-7 hours and then it becomes a scent bubble at 9-10 hours. i remember one day i went to the movies and i smelled some dude that was 20 feet away from me! i felt bad for who ever was going to be in his movie room loll

I would recommend the edp to anyone. It was my most complimented fragrance of 2019 by far, and I rotate quite a bit.

I’m kind of blown away by the edp. It’s almost more like Chanel bleu than Chanel bleu. It’s pretty crazy.

Well the original recipe La Nuit De L’homme 2014 fragrance is pretty comparable to the “Y” line

I have YSL Y EDT and wear it to work. Surprisingly i received a couple of compliments as well. Not bad at all.

YSL is definitely one of my favorite fragrance ever. So munch, so I think you should have all of them. Scent wise it's the L'HOMME Eau de Toilette hands down. And you're talking to someone that has been wearing real deal cologne since age of 8. My mother has been working in men fragrance since I was in first grade.. And she still does, I'm 38 now. I have over 20,000 in cologne literally due to her. I'll wear the L'HOMME Eau de Toilette during the day shopping handling business etc. Same for the Y Eau de Toilette. Going out on the town for the night and want to make a statement. It's definitely the Y Eau de Parfum or the Y le Parfum. Definitely way stronger notes and last twice as long. But all smell very clean and must have. I recommend get the one you like the best first and keep adding to collection. All must have if want to smell amazing.

I just got the EDT for everyday use. I wanted something light and fresh that's not over bearing like my Y Le Parfum which is really good for a night out. I'll pick up the EDP when I get tired of Le Parfum.

@@7860092 Definitely! I think it's an all year round kind of fragrance! Very strong projection! I live in melbourne where it is windy and did about 5 sprays of this while walking outdoors. It managed to stay strong the whole time. And the jacket that I used, one week after still smells like Y EDP! Lol

Hey guys I have a question.. I didn't like Y EDP at all. There's a chance I will like Y Live? Are they different? Cause I heard the performance is great and it really matters to me performance and compliments!

Live is the best for me. EDP is a little too sweet for me...Live is perfect

I slightly perfer Y live over Y EDP. It's a projection monster without being cloying. I get close to 10+ hours which is around the edp is.

Not a huge fan of YSL Y, I think it’s the aldehydes I don’t like, but I own the edt and edp and the edp is much better and long lasting, literally can smell it for days if you spray on clothes

I own the EDT, I like it but not one of my superstar go to’s I use this on days I’m home and not going out. Also found it helps having just one shot for the gym to freshen up

How is the longevity of the EDT version? Good enough?

Does anyone have a opinion on Lattafa Fakhar for men(round bottle). It suppose to be a clone of YSL Y edp, but a couple of reviews say it's between edp and edt version. Anyways, they say for the price it's a very good alternative to Y edp.

Y Le Parfum smells exactly like Dylan Blue with traces of Versace Eros, personally would prefer the EDP

Was blown away by this one the first time I smelled it I started with the edp this is a very unique blue style fragrance the performance is beast mode for the edp it can go 12 hours literally after the first day wearing this one I had a bottle of Le parfum on the way I liked it that much this is hands down my favorite for this style of fragrance even more so than my other favorites I have like any sauvage, any BDC, bleu eletricque, and even profondo. I like wear y live in the summer and the edp and parfum at night and more in the spring fall and winter although frankly they are all versatile enough to wear all year round they knocked it out of the park with these and can’t wait to see the next to come after parfum and although similar but also very different the new Ralphs club edp and parfum are also fantastic for this style of fragrance I Have no experience with the eau fraiche or the edt but might pick them up in the future the others just appealed to me more. I agree I think for your first one the edp is the way to go these have been and will continue to be my easy dumb reach fragrances and will remain a mainstay in the collection

I didn't own any, but tried the EDP and EDT. I liked both and was figuring on getting the EDP. I went in to check the fragrance again at Dillards and the Au Fraiche was a new arrival. Very different from the others. I wasn't sold on it but decided to get it from getting high marks from 2 ladies that were there. They liked the fresh smell of the Fraiche better than the EDP. So, since it is new I got it at retail. Have to admit, longevity lacks, but it does smell awesome.

Y LIVE for sure! I use it for work (2 sprays) and for clubbing (5 sprays) the reactions are insane! It has a very fresh seductive nice smooth citrusy grape kind of smell. Ypu know how green grapes smell? It reminds me a bit of that but sweeter. Dont get me wrong the complete Y line is great but LIVE is my favorite

I own both. La nuit de homme is more a fall/winter frag. YSL Y edp to me, I feel like it could be used all year around but for sure spring and summer frag. They both smell great and compliments!

La nuit 10 times better, live is a fragrances that is alright for every occasion but has no charachter, la nuit just smells fabulous its a masterpiece and nothing that u smelled before xd

Not sure what it is but I just can't get into any of these fragrances.

I remember a couple weeks ago I was in a department store and wanted to test a fragrance to get for my holiday and decided to give YSL Y another try I intended to try on the EDP and when I sprayed it on, I loved it for ages after spraying it on, absolutely adored it, but when I decided to try it again recently, I went to a different store, sprayed on the EDP and just wasn't as impressed, I tried it the next day too and wasn't impressed at all. The smell was cool but it was being outperformed by the likes of Dylan blue and Di Gio EDP, but this seemed so different compared to the original time. In the department store I originally sprayed it on, they had YSL Live right next to the EDP and they're almost identical, but I was pretty sure I chose the EDP but I had to flee due to like 3 commisioners trying to talk to me so is it possible I sprayed live instead and didn't notice as I had to hustle? Has live have better spillage? Seems so weird how I could love it one day and almost not even notice it some days later?
