A backing track was used, her own microphone is just louder than the backing track. If there was no backing track you wouldn't have heard any music, rapping or backing vocals.

@@catchybasssongs Tbh having a backtrack is kind of a mandatory in music shows. I meant it when you can see the difference between backtrack and vocals. It's been a long time since I saw that much of a difference. Either way Yves killed it

@@loobledooble I agree that it's impressive that she was singing while dancing, just wanted to correct you on the zero backtrack thing since backing tracks are used in a LOT of live performances, including music shows like you said. Getting bands and them preparing takes much more time, effort and money than just using a backing track.

@@ieite13 They did it over a louder backtrack. But I believe they did it live. there was giveaways (+JJ has a long history of not letting his groups to lipsing. idk what to feel about this but at least we are sure)

singing live with such a jumpy choreo is insaneeee, yves we love you!!!

This song is hard to sing because of the pitch, the more difficult to sing live while dancing. Loop is a performance driven song. I commend Yves for singing this live and her energy never wavered once on stage. I'm sure she's gonna figure out her breathing in the next perfomances, you can do it Yves!

even if the vocals were wobbly in this performance let's remember she is singing ALONE and the parts were she can actually breath (lil cherry's parts and the second part of the chorus) she is 100% giving all in the dance!!! yves i love you, you did great💘🍎

Mad props for Yves bravely raw doggin' the vocals because she can. We saved the best come-but for last. Understanding debuting solo is one of the hardest things to do when coming out of a group--especially, a large, powerful, & talented one like Loona. She didn't stray from the choreo and it shows 'cause she ATE. FINALLY, the anxiety of her solo it finally over! She's made us all proud! I can't wait for the following performances.

People are too used to pre-recorded vocals and loud backtrack during stage performances that they can't tell that this was pretty good. Loved it.

Yessssss the little mistakes make sense considering the choreo shes doing, and it just drives home the point that this is LIVE live, not prerecorded live (which I always feel is deceptive). This is what an actual live performance sounds like!!!
