See issues is your both right and wrong most companies employ busy workers meaning they're just their to help and get a paycheck while they have a handful or 2 of workers who ACTUALLY do majority of the serious and hard work this is why the trope of kouhai and fellow workers are always asking for help as well from specific people not just senpai's is because they're asking the workers who do all the work and know what there doing, it's been kinda common practice like that now for a long time since like the 80s like they all work long hours but most employees are just there for bodies and a littlespare help.

These two are so sweet to shashiku san. They are the polar opposite to nightfall from spy x family, they are supporting shashiku while she works, while nightfall mercilessly whips Anya while working, Anya should have the same type of supporters as shashiku and maybe she would study much more
