It, really isn’t. The sister has no mercy, she is letting her older sister live a life of pain and misery locked up with no freedom or choices. If there wasn’t a cure then yes, it would be wholesome. Loving family no matter what would be the moral. But this bitch is literally keeping her sister from having a life, all for her own selfish desires. The fact that the zombification can be cured implies that the sister’s consciousness is not completely gone. she’s trapped inside that rotting corpse because her sister is a sociopath. How tf is that wholesome.

Meanwhile on Yaoi of the Dead... The door creaks open. A man enters the shed, setting his sight on a console controller as he closes the plank door behind him. Without a wasted second, he sluggishly grabbed the controller and sat down in front of the television. It was already on with a video game ongoing to boot. He pressed a button. "Player 2 has entered the game." The volume is too low, the man thought. Good thing the remote is within arm's reach. But as he stretched his arm over to reach, a bloodied growling zombie is about to take a bite on his-- "ED!" Shaun voiced out in a loud manner like a owner disciplining his pet. The chained Zombie Ed pauses to recognize him as Shaun gestured out like he did something wrong. It didn't take much time for Shaun to shrug it off like nothing as he increases the volume and play the game again with his best friend. *Cue "You're My Best Friend" by Queen*
