I love this series. Would rewatch it again
10:54, everyday I wake up, I say the same. It's truly bewildering. I am now 30 years passed when I thought I wouldn't be here, and yet still here.
This particular ost , leaping fish by sa dingdin still gives me goosebumps
This was my first Ren series now I try watch everything I can with him because he was amazing in this one

I've liked him most unless the character is annoying, lololol. I don't like dramas where a man promises to love one but ends up with many. Yanxi palace doesn't even do that as it is already known he doesn't love anyone in particular until Yinglo (?). That is the only concubine one I can watch. Oh and The Sword and Brocade but that one doesn't have Alan Ren, but Seven Tan who he has a series with. My feed now is giving stuff based on the vocal dubbers, so every female lead has dilirebas voice and male lead of Vengo GAO's voice. Pet Peeve why I stopped mainly watching Chinese Dramas because of it and repeat story lines. I just rewatch clips like this of my favourites and some awesome sound tracks.

This was so good story.. is it worthto watch
She is so bad to stab him with a knife in the chest. Loving and protecting someone is not hurting them but to be honest and true to each other. Lies after lies and he still love her.

And he's bad for manipulating and aprision her as he wishes. He doesn't even try to understand her intentions, he just act like a annoying brat using lame excuses to force her stay by his side ignoring all the sorrow she feels. Any women with self love wouldn't accept to be controlled like that and would react properly like her.

Looks good buuutttt does it have a happy ending? I’m still trying to glue my heart back together after Til The End Of The Moon. Then when I was juuusst starting to recover, I find out (after falling in love with a particular character) in Lost You Forever that he dies in Part 2! 😭. I just CAN’T watch that man die so no part 2 for me. It’s happened in others as well. You CREATE epic couples who go through hell, sometimes lifetimes of hell, magnificient plots, sets, costumes, music and they overcome so much only to get whacked in the end?!?! K dramas do this a lot as well. Does no one believe in happy endings over there? 😂 So now, for my own mental health I have to vet C & K dramas ahead of time. 😬
