I love that she doesn’t interrupt him. That is one thing that irritates me about interviewers. They ways ask a question then interrupt the person. She allows her guess to actually answer her questions so being a great question asker but then being a great listener seems to be her gift on top of just being her authentic self. She was a strong and powerful woman and I didn't realize all this until she passed. Life is really short, we take people for granted thinking they will be here forever.
