Tomato Soup!
Ingredients
- tomato
- shiitake mushroom
- soft tofu
- coriander
- 2 eggs
- some vegetable oil
- 500ml of water
- some enoki mushroom
- ½tsp salt
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- ½tbsp cornstarch+water
- ½tbsp sesame oil

Hello, this soup recipe looks amazing with 2 types of mushrooms and tofu. Looks easy to make and I wanted to have something different. Being single and chinese I have always tried to make different varieties. I enjoy good soup especially in the winter 😋. Thank you for sharing 🙏
