I dont think Mark considers Haechan as his bestfriend. But definitely though, Haechan is Mark's longest and closest dongsaeng. The bestfriend title would go to Jungwoo. Mark said it before, he considered Jungwoo as his same age friend, and he often eats a lot or talks a lot with Jungwoo. Yuta is his closest oppa for some time now. JohnTenMark are the siblings. Although Mark and Haechan have the longest friendship, I think that Mark couldnt actually match Haechan's energy. That's why while HC treats Mark like his bff, Mark sees HC as a very precious and closest dongsaeng. Jungwoo, on the other hand, matches Mark's energy that's why they get along well like bffs.

Fans tend to reduce their relationships and bonds to such simple things, but human relationships can be so complex and more profound, change with time, too. Things are never linear, and getting to see how Mark moves freely in his interpersonal relationships is wonderful. Everyone's very special to him in very different ways.
