'갈비찜🍖' 묻고 더블로 '전복 톳 솥밥🥘'을 준비했쥬~
소담이와 함께 하는 영.양.만.점. 건강에 유리한 식탁!
(feat. 귀여움 한도 초과)
✔갈비찜
1. 핏물 제거한 갈비를 약 20분 애벌로 삶는다
(파, 양파, 생강, 통후추, 청주 등 넣고 삶기)
2. 양파 1/3, 생강 0.5, 진간장, 배 1/2, 물을 넣고
믹서기에 갈아 준비한다
3. 양념장을 만들어 믹서기로 간 재료와 섞는다
(간장 180ml, 맛술 90ml, 다진 마늘 2T, 올리고당,
매실, 후춧가루 적당히, 물 180ml, 송송 썬 대파)
4. 애벌 삶은 갈비를 그릇에 담아 양념장을 넣고 재운다
(*이때 대추와 밤을 함께 넣어도 좋다)
5. 부재료를 손질한다
- 무 200g, 당근 1/2개 둥글게 깎기
-홍고추&청고추 2~3개, 표고버섯 3개
-대파 길쭉하게 자르기
6. 재워놓은 재료를 압력밥솥에 모두 담아 익힌다 (약 20분)
7. 센 불로 익히고 7~10분 간 뜸 들인 후,
물을 조금씩 추가해 졸이면 완성!
✔전복 톳 솥밥
1. 전복을 깨끗하게 손질하고 내장을 따로 분리한다
2. 전복을 먹기 좋게 썰거나 칼집을 낸다
3. 미리 불린 쌀을 솥에 담고,
참기름 1T, 청주, 전복 내장을 넣고 3분간 볶는다
(*이때 전복을 썰어 넣어도 좋다)
4. 톳을 먹기 좋게 썰어 준다
5. 볶은 쌀에 톳과 남은 전복을 넣는다
6. 쌀 높이만큼 물을 부어 약불에서 15분 정도 익힌다
7. 양념장을 만든다
(진간장 2T, 매실액 2T, 참기름 1T, 고춧가루, 통깨, 쪽파)
8. 밥을 잘 섞어 퍼 담고 양념장과 곁들여 먹는다
