In a novel punishment for writing an essay mocking modern social relationships, Hachiman's teacher forces him to join the Volunteer Service Club, a club that aims to extend a helping hand to any student who seeks their support in achieving their goals. Hes used to getting hurt So getting hurt to protect someone relantionship is kinda lowly Thats why Yukinon didn't like what hikigaya do She and iroha don't wanted Hikigaya Sacrifice for someone that don't care to him They want Hikigaya Valued himself more

根本的には、雪乃も由比ヶ浜も、八幡に対して信頼と好意を次第に深めているから、 八幡に一任したとしても、「二人が納得する対策」を八幡がとってくれると思っていたんでしょう。 それは例えば、八幡がすぐにヒール役を買って出ないことや、恋愛事には真っ直ぐでいて欲しい、とか？

これまでの話を見てたら八幡は自己犠牲を伴いながらも斜め上の解決法方で解決してた。今回の依頼とみんなの交友関係を考えてたらあれぐらいしか無いと思う。八幡なら余計にそう考えたと思う。 八幡は自己犠牲をよくやるけど自分が傷ついても誰も気にしないって考え方が二人は嫌だったからキレたと考えた

結論としては自己犠牲でしか解決できないから。 雪乃達は八幡と友人関係に発展して同情や恋心とか色んな感情を持つようになり、八幡が自己犠牲で解決して傷つく姿を見たくなくて八幡に頼らないように行動するように...いろんな解釈があるからこれだけが答えじゃないです
