Salmon Head With Tofu
Ingredients:
1 …………….salmon head
1 pack ……soft tofu (16 oz)
6-8 pcs…..sliced ginger
1-2…………..chopped cilantro
1-2…………..chopped green onion
2-4…………..shallot
1 tbsp……..soy sauce for seafood/regular soy sauce
1 tbsp…….Shaoxing wine
1.5 cup…..water
Salmon head marinate:
1/4 tsp………salt
1/2 tsp………sugar
Pinch of……white pepper powder
1/2 tbsp…….soy bean sauce
1 tbsp…………Shaoxing wine
*coat fish head pieces with cornstarch before browning them

1 盒 ……........滑豆腐 (16 安士)
6-8 片….........薑
1-2棵…………..芫荽
1-2棵…………..青蔥
2-4個……….....紅蔥頭
1 湯匙…….....蒸魚豉油/生抽
1 湯匙....…....紹興酒
1.5 杯…........清水
醃製魚頭
1/4 茶匙………鹽
1/2 茶匙………糖
少許.........……白胡椒粉
1/2 湯匙……..豆瓣醬
1 湯匙…………紹興酒
*魚頭煎炸之前需要沾上粟粉(玉米淀粉)

    Ooo such a healthy dish! Both salmon and tofu are very healthy. Love the crispy outside of the fish. Fish turned out very juicy! Will be perfect with some rice! 😀
