Man and i thought fire dragons were unaffected by activated card effects while in mainphase... damn would i have known earlier i coulda won every local. Tenpai isnt as tier 0 as i thought with just a field spell that searches

I feel bad for the tenpai player bc he could have won game 1 had he known about making transcendent in mp1 before battle phase

You can respond with effect negations effects in damage step. Like the one apollousa and infinity have. Or do you mean something else?
