Why would you ever play the ROTA of the deck at 1? Future Silence is easily a x3 for the deck, since it searches your Gadget Trio, which is also your searcher for Shining Sarc and that's your entire deck's win con. You don't have to activate it in the battle phase anyway. Most of the time you will do so in the draw phase to also avoid getting hit with Droll.

I said the same thing, it's a quick play so you can use it in draw/standby, and shining sarcophagus needs a spell to discard for the send effect meaning if you no longer have targets to search in the deck becomes searchable discard fodder for shining sarc

@@AntCommando Yeah, it's a no-brainer. Searchers are always played at 3. It's like having 3 Wanted or 3 Bonfire and choosing to only play 1. Consistency is king.

@PersonaPrime the fact you can use it to search what you need so your not using your gadget search or shining sarc to grab stuff, imagine if you open shining sarcophagus with gandora, the gadget trio something else, like ties that bind, or turn silence, you just limit yourself having to search out your play starters instead of searching your extenders or cards to insulate your board

Don't feel bad about using Dimension Shifter. If the opponent loses to it then that's fine because they would definitely win if they go off unimpeded.

Papa, have you tried running Desires or Orochi? I've seen people playing the Dogmatika engine but not sure if that's the way to go. Saludos! (:

Hi papa! If you open sarc plus gandora or future silence you can; Act sarc. Summon gandora. Either activate gandora and chain silence to resolve effect and summon gadget trio or set a card then activate to ensure it resolves/summon gadget. On summon of gadget either add ties that bind or future silence. Either way, search for a second copy of gadget and summon it. Link into qliphort genius. Activate ties summoning both swordsmen under link arrows and add regulus. Now you end on an omni negate, target negate and spell negate. Depending on what you opened you also have an additional monster negate/battle fader with turn silence. With the existence of a top tier tenpai strategy, I don't think blind second builds are the optimal way to play the deck at this time so I have been messing with the superheavy sam engine with 9 slotted handtraps (at least if that type of board suits your fancy!) Also realized as I typed this that if you wanted to, you could search orochi instead of regulus and pump gandora by 2400!
