This seems really well cooked, I was experimenting with SHS but didn't see the sinergy with the Diabellestar stuff. Will try it out, looks solid. 100% agreed with the trap, it's crazy disruption and great for time.

My locals ruled that I could not reveal the new fire and special summon it or use both effects of borger and Caesar on same turn.

You can reveal jiaolong and then on res special itself and all vanquish soul have 3 effs but the bulleted effs and summon effects are different you can use borger and ceasar eff to special then selves and ther bulleted effects once each a turn but for all vanquish souls the bulleted effects is one effect so you have to chose either reveal eff cant use both in one turn
