An actual good scan, seen probably like over 100 scans and this is the only good and effort one yet. All the other ones sounded like a copy & paste, but yours is unique!

It's because they are. The Vegas file for some old YTPMV got leaked and kids started replacing the source file with literally any other video in existence.
