UPDATE: We had limited information when these first launched and it looks like the second palette that I had was labeled incorrectly on the back of the palette. This is not Kasbah Spices but rather Fontini Lilies! I will be picking up more of these to review as the additional colors become available :)

Bravo for your complete review! I agree with all what you said. I usually prefere mat shadows so I picked up the palette number 200 and little by little I get used to it but I think that I still prefere nude sculpturale from Lancôme.

These look beautiful!! I love the packaging! I do love those Rouge Volupté lippies! I love the smell!!! Nude Lavelliere is my favorite! HOWEVER!! WTH with the ad picture!!! I bought the 100 Stora Dolls because it was the only one in stock at Sephora that day. Love it. The formula is very smooth and they blend perfectly. Going to get Babylone Roses too.

Yeayyyy I was waiting for that video !! I too love so much the YSL packaging, I think they are my favorites with the Gucci ones. So stunning !! I think they called it « eye pigment » just to communicate that it’s more pigmented that consumers would think. But my friend! You say that you never think of YSL when it comes to eyeshadow but if u can get ur hands on their last couture clutch desert nude, I would definitely recommand!! I love it over special shades (and other shades) of pmg bronze seduction mothership and Bobby brown baked eyeshadow. They creamy that my my fav palette (the YSL) of all 2022 !!! Those palets u are using are STUNNING !!! (I think the one you got looks more like Spontini lilies, maybe they have sent you the wrong one, idk it’s weird 😳)

Liked the promo picture better but pretty looks. Might have to get one.😊

Thank you, I’ve been waiting for someone to review these. I’m liking the Babylon Rose quad. It slightly reminds me of the Chanel tweed pourpre not necessarily in finishes but color story and more pigmented. In the pictures, the metallic quad reminds me of Dior’s grand ball palette.

Yaaaaaaay I was anticipating this review with bated breath ❤ thanks so much for the thorough review and I am so so keen to get these. By the way, the jury’s out on Kasbah Spices because you’re right that it looks way too different from the promo photos to the point where I’m wondering if two of them got mixed up. If I look, yours looks more like the one they call Spontini Lilies and the kasbah Spices one even has photos with models wearing it and it gives off more of that brown tan look. I guess we gotta wait to see these pop up in stores to confirm though but the difference is too stark to not be a mix up

Thank you for reviewing these pallets. I bought the Babylone Roses pallet, tried to like it, but I’m going to return it. The glitter fallout was really bad. Whenever I used the glitter shades I got glitter all around my eyes and hair.

These look stunning! I have one of the larger palettes and unfortunately it's terrible, at least on me. Poorly pigmented, tons of glitter fallout. Am looking forward to trying these new ones - I loved the Babylon Roses on you!

One commentator spoke of glitter fallout which resisted brushing off- she needed micellar and cotton pad so suggested putting the shadows on pre makeup.

Bare minerals had a bounce and blur formula that you applied with your fingers. Those last ones remind me of those. They are a more fun version

I hate myself for loving these. I have always loved the packaging, but the YSL larger palette product was always garbage. It seems that's changed. Now I'm dying to get my hands on one. That said, who knows what those colors really are? That Kasbah Spices palette threw me for a loop. Also, The Babylone Roses reminds me of Pat McGrath's Iconic Infatuation. So I need to see reviews on the others. Thanks for the video!💚

All the palettes are so pretty and I die over that packaging but I wish they had one that was more cool leaning, or honestly even more neutral. Super warm shades just don't flatter me as well and I can't see investing in one of these if it won't be the right undertone. Wah... lol

I live in France and paid €45 from a national beauty store. We have a choice of 6 palettes at the moment.

Any tip best brush to use with the glitter one in 600 ( spontili lilie)I’m having a lot of fallout even after tapping and get not much on lid. Great reviews.

I recommend using a flat brush like the BK beauty Angie hot and flashy shimmer brush! You can wet the brush or also you can try this stuff called Mehron mixing medium. It's affordable and used by makeup artists to lay on glitters :)

I watched all of the videos on the new YSL mini clutch palettes. Normally I would just buy 1 or 2 but since these palettes are really quite amazing, I ended up buying .. 5 .. ridiculous right!? Anyway I got them on sale via Bloomingdales this week so that it was about $63 per palette, not a huge discount but at least something and also you get a mystery gift with purchase. Thought I would share that in case anyone had the same issue in deciding which ones to get.

i love the packaging i don't know anybody who uses or bought an eyeshadow pallet from ysl it's more about the usual suspects xx

Sad these have talc bc I love the packaging. Very chic looking. (Might pick it up anyway!)

To me, all the pallette's look very pink. Pillow talk doesn't look as pink in person.

I knew that these lux brands were gonna split into oversized & teeny tiny offerings to keep the price point while screwing us …

They just lost me when you said pigment and not for use for eye. What’s the freaking point!! I loath when make up companies do this! LOATH!! There are plenty of great formulas that ARE for use around the eye and this is just unnecessary
