Whats the point?

I think the video is about indoctrination disguised as creativity. The second that the various characters start thinking individually, like writing "GREEN" or painting the clown, they are shut down. The notepad dictates what they think. Eventually it realises that the human mind rebels against such control and starts a crackdown, bringing on "DEATH", trying to quash the rebellion. The fact that it's a parody of a children's show makes it all the more powerful, because children are obviously the easiest preys to indoctrination. So, I guess it's a political satire, really.

2:29 Shane was thinking I’ve made some ffffed up s**t but nothing like that

I saw a theory on the meaning behind this thing once, and I think it makes sense. It is a jab at public education and all of these kid's shows. Basic message, they talk about being creative, but as we saw when the yellow pupet really was getting creative the note pad ridiculed him for being too far ahead of the others. In other words, I am supposed to talk about being creative, but you can only be creative if it is according to the cirriculum. Then, the last part of the video, the puppets turned into adults in costumes, basically representing the same characters as adults, and that is where the whole thing got really crazy. This more or less seems to represent how a childhood in the public school's totalitarian system makes you a f***ed up adult. That, or the creators were just pulling a piece of impresionist art that makes other people want to ascribe a meaning to it whether there is one or not, kind of like Queen's Bohemian Rapsphody.
