Youth Wrestling Demonstration - Crossface and Corkscrew

This is a youth wrestling move demonstration showing how to crossface and run the corkscrew. The corkscrew is an awesome pinning combination that is used a lot in both youth wrestling and high school wrestling. It is also called the bundle sometimes.
Homework for Wrestlers
Practice Corkscrew 5-10 Times
25 Pushups
25 Situps
(pushups and situps can be done all at once or in multiple sets i.e. 5x5)
Note: you do not have to bop the elbow before running the corkscrew but it can help make grabbing the tricep easier. Make sure to circle to the head and stay on your toes. Finish chest to chest. HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY!
