Parson's having middling mentals is probably the most ideal situation. Those are always the easiest for young players to increase

Parson might be for you What Evan Rees was for me on my Merthyr Town save. Just a beast who blows by people consistently and knocks in far post crosses. Rees was around ten goals and 20 assists a season for six or seven years, hope Parsonage does the same.

If the board sacks you from where you’ve brought the club then they need a good hard look at themselves. Easily discouraged. “Can’t believe you scoffed at me, fine I won’t bother then.” 6’7” - get Campos in there, could see the moment the eyes lit up haha I’m pretty sure that every youth player has that room to grow green icon, don’t think you can read too much into it. Crimson Mori with his moaning needs to watch out for Nicolas and Puga. Would be interested to see the comparison between the three given CM is only a two star currently. Parsons looks like he needs to go on the right rather than the left with that crossing and dribbling. Not strong enough at things like long shots or left foot to be an inside forward on the left for me. Good to return to a decent intake after last year, still some worrying personalities in there though.

Great intake. Almost everyone after (and including) Christian Doblas has a real shot at the first team. John Parsons is a monster! I wouldn't take the coaching negatives too seriously. Wait until your "Can't head the ball" forward smashes in a ton of back-post crosses!!

Have you looked into affiliates for youth to come to your club? Not sure it’ll be too beneficial from worse nations but maybe a few of the lower English teams or French teams with good facilities and recruitment

Yep, I've tried. The board can never find clubs to link with though. They agree, but then it always falls down.

It is better than last year but there is not much for me outside that top 3 just because of the standard of the players already in first team

Dave quick one hoping you might be able to help. What newgan pack do you use? I've downloaded one from sortitoutsi, but not all the faces are changing or in the config file, whereas I've got over 10,000 in the RTL file.

Its the one from sortitoutsi, but then its the add on called "Advanced NewGan Facepack". make sure you do the trick in the config file to make sure "r-" is in front of all numbers. And also, there is a thing where, for some reason, 15 year olds aren't given faces. They have to be added manually.

@@CulturedLeftFoot cheers mate, tried all those fixes, took it all off my laptop tried again but this time installed it as admin, and it worked! Currently Guernsey down in Step 5 trying to do this insane challenge. Still enjoying your videos, keep going!
