i love this song because i lost my dad to lung canser (he never once smoked) when my mom was pregnat with me and he could not talk when he was dying but apperently the last thing he did was hold the picture of the ultra sound of me and held it until he died

im so sorry to hear that :( my dad also left me....your lucky yours cares about you...i thought my dad cared but he just left me...just like he did to all my (really)older sisters when he was married to my stepmom that i never met...(lets just say my sisters are old enough to where im a aunt ×5 and im only 12)

If your question was why I took it out, it was a matter of finding a version which was easy to model a version on. Otherwise, I would have had to make more stuff up on my own, and that would take away from the original, and also give me more work.

My big sad story is that a age 3 weeks my father left my mother and then at age three we moved from the army hospital into a little town then moved with my grandparents then she met a boyfriend they broke up and then same for three other than she met my stepdad and well he NICE but if he had seen other kids he’d probably see them over me and my brother and then... sigh I just get to when I was 9 I was playing tag and I tripped almost breaking my toe I was too stunned to talk and he said “ she’ll be ok.. “ my mom said “ I guess she will “ she’s never done that before!!! I was angered and went into my room slamming the door and I just figured being alone would help but then I saw my fathers picture and I broke into a cry now I’m 10 and it’s getting BETTER but it’s still hard when you stepdad prefers he’s son over you and your brother and the line in hear is “ from when you broke my chest “
