Hi sir. I've done my MD paeds from kolkata, now want to move to UK. Have cleared MRCPCH theory part, but clinical seat takes lot of time. So if I go to UK now, as MTI, get clinical exam seat there, give exam and pass, can I shift fo training job? Or do I have to wait for 2 years to complete MTI and then only I can start training? Pls guide

You can resign your MTI job as soon as you get a training post.
Hi sir, I cleared my PACES exam from India. Is the process same for joining into non training jobs in Ireland ? Is there anything like Speciality training program in Ireland too? And is the process same for it sir like fulfilling requirements as per oriel website?

Ireland also has training programme but its not easy to enter it. Most IMG will come to the UK for training.

Sponsorship routes are usually MTI or through some UK universities and clinical combined programme

It's true for post PLAB fresh graduates. Jobs are still available for someone with 1-2 years of experience
