Time is ripe for bureaucratic reform unless it would be too late . Its very important to have a bond signed for such people . Moreover there should also be restrictions on number of attempts ones a person is selected .

Shivin Sir is made for teaching. But I am observing a really disturbing trend. Something is seriously wrong in the civil services. Why so many people are resigning and getting into coaching industry, if the job is supposedly so good? Either the working environment is much more brutal in government than private sector, or the entire glamour, power, perks, lifestyle and sigma entry is all a LIE. Somebody please clear my confusion.

Yes .I want to know the answer of this too..last year Ravi sir senior IRS ne bhi job quit karke coaching start Kiya tha..ek pe ek IRS officers quit karte ja rahe hain. IAS ya IFS officers to coaching ke liye quit nahi kar rahe. Kuch to IRS officers ko problems ho Raha Jo humey abhi Tak nahi pata ..
